大黃灌腸對(duì)重癥急性胰腺炎患者血清高遷移率族蛋白B1、PCT的臨床研究

【摘要】:目的:觀察大黃灌腸對(duì)重癥急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)患者血清高遷移率族蛋白B1(High mobility group B1,HMGB-1)與降鈣素原(Procalcitonin PCT)的影響。方法:收集重癥胰腺炎患者60例,隨機(jī)分為大黃治療觀察組(30例)和常規(guī)治療對(duì)照組(30例),分別在入院后第1、3、5天動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)各組患者的HMGB1與PCT濃度變化。結(jié)果:治療前兩組患者HMGB-1、PCT水平差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療后5天,觀察組患者HMGB-1、PCT水平較治療前顯著降低。Δ3-1HMGB1(第3天與第1天的HMGB1差值)與(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation system APACHEⅡ)評(píng)分呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān),與PCT呈明顯正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:大黃通過(guò)有效抑制重癥急性胰腺炎患者晚期炎癥因子HMGB-1表達(dá)量,進(jìn)一步能改善重癥胰腺炎的癥狀和轉(zhuǎn)歸,為其治療重癥急性胰腺炎提供新的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of rhubarb enema on serum high mobility group protein B1 (High mobility group B1 HMGB-1 and procalcitonin (Procalcitonin PCT) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (severe acute pancretis SAP).
