【摘要】：目的：觀察特定電磁波譜治療儀(TDP)局部照射聯(lián)合紫草油紗條用于低位肛周膿腫術(shù)后換藥的臨床療效,評價該方法對促進肛周膿腫術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合及減輕術(shù)后疼痛的療效。方法：選擇2014年8月-2015年8月在成都中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院(四川省中醫(yī)院)肛腸科住院并符合納入標準的低位肛周膿腫患者60例,運用SPSS19.0軟件隨機分為兩組,其中治療組30例,對照組30例。術(shù)后第一次換藥開始,治療組先采用紫草油紗條換藥,然后予以特定電磁波譜治療儀(TDP)照射創(chuàng)面30分鐘；對照組單純予以紫草油紗條換藥。兩組患者均連續(xù)換藥直至痊愈。分別記錄兩組患者術(shù)后第4、7、12天創(chuàng)面的長度及深度,術(shù)后第1、4、7、12天的疼痛評分,并記錄兩組患者的創(chuàng)面愈合時間,將所得數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析,得出最終研究結(jié)論。結(jié)果：經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學分析,納入病例的60例患者在性別、年齡、術(shù)后初始創(chuàng)面長度和深度方面均無明顯差異(P0.05),無統(tǒng)計學意義,具有可比性。兩組患者在術(shù)后第7、12天創(chuàng)面的長度及深度,術(shù)后第4、7、12天創(chuàng)面疼痛評分及傷口痊愈時間進行統(tǒng)計學分析,有顯著差異(P0.05),治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。術(shù)后第1天疼痛評分、術(shù)后第4天創(chuàng)面的長度及深度比較無明顯差異(P0.05),無統(tǒng)計學意義。兩組患者在治療過程中均未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應。結(jié)論：特定電磁波譜治療儀局部照射聯(lián)合紫草油紗條用于低位肛周膿腫術(shù)后創(chuàng)面換藥,可促進肛周膿腫術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合,縮短愈合時間,并且可以減輕術(shù)后創(chuàng)面疼痛,使用安全,是臨床上用于低位肛周膿腫術(shù)后換藥的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of local irradiation of (TDP) combined with purple oil gauze in the treatment of low perianal abscess, and to evaluate the efficacy of this method in promoting wound healing and alleviating postoperative pain after perianal abscess. Methods: from August 2014 to August 2015, 60 patients with low perianal abscess were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS19.0 software, including 30 patients in the treatment group, who were hospitalized in the Department of anal and intestine in the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Sichuan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital). Control group (30 cases). At the beginning of the first change of medicine after operation, the treatment group was first changed with purple oil gauze, and then treated with (TDP) for 30 minutes, while the control group was treated with only purple oil gauze for 30 minutes. The patients in both groups were changed continuously until they were cured. The length and depth of the wound on the 4th day and the pain score on the 712th day after operation were recorded, and the wound healing time of the two groups were recorded. The data were analyzed statistically and the final research conclusions were obtained. Results: there were no significant differences in sex, age, length and depth of postoperative wound in 60 patients (P0.05). The length and depth of the wound on the 7th day after operation, the pain score of the wound on the 4th day and the healing time of the wound in the two groups were significantly different (P0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The pain score on the first day after operation and the length and depth of the wound on the 4th day after operation had no significant difference (P0.05). There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: local irradiation combined with purple oil gauze can promote the wound healing, shorten the healing time, and reduce the pain of postoperative wound, and it can be used safely in the treatment of low perianal abscess, which can promote the wound healing and shorten the healing time after the operation of low perianal abscess. It is an effective method for dressing change after low perianal abscess.
