【摘要】：膿毒癥是機(jī)體對(duì)感染的反應(yīng)失調(diào)損傷了自身組織,表現(xiàn)為炎癥反應(yīng)過度或免疫功能抑制,導(dǎo)致機(jī)體受到傷害,從而出現(xiàn)的一種威脅生命的狀況,因此改善膿毒癥免疫紊亂成為治療膿毒癥的新方向。中醫(yī)在診治膿毒癥方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),中藥的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用已受到廣泛的關(guān)注。近年來中醫(yī)藥治療膿毒癥取得了較好成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)中藥大黃、連翹、黃連、人參、冬蟲夏草等能有效改善膿毒癥癥狀,降低膿毒癥死亡,提高臨床療效,改善病人的預(yù)后,具有一定的臨床參考價(jià)值,故將療效顯著的單味藥物及其有效成分進(jìn)行闡述,為臨床治療提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Sepsis is a life-threatening condition in which the body's imbalance of response to infection damages its own tissue, which is characterized by an overreaction to inflammation or suppression of immune function, resulting in injury to the body. Therefore, improving the immune disorder of sepsis has become a new direction in the treatment of sepsis. Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. In recent years, Chinese medicine has achieved good results in treating sepsis. It was found that rhubarb, Forsythia suspensa, Coptis chinensis, Ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis and so on can effectively improve the symptoms of sepsis, reduce the death of sepsis, improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients. It has certain clinical reference value, so the single medicine and its effective components with remarkable curative effect are expounded to provide reference for clinical treatment.
