半導體激光光灸“足三里”對急性佐劑關節(jié)炎大鼠的鎮(zhèn)痛效應研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the degranulation of mast cells at acupoints, the circumference of foot plantar and the threshold of pain in acute adjuvant arthritis rats irradiated with 830nm semiconductor laser at wavelength. To study the analgesic effect of Zusanli (Zusanli) on arthritis of rats after laser irradiation. Methods: Forty-five clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and light moxibustion group. The rats in the light moxibustion group began to irradiate the "Zusanli" acupoint of the right hind leg with laser for 20 min on the first day after the model was made. The pain threshold of rats was detected by the method of radiation heat shrinking claw reflex, and the peripheral length of foot plantar, the size of paw and degranulation of mast cells in acupoint tissue were analyzed. Results: the size of the right hind paw in the blank control group remained unchanged, but the light moxibustion group had a significant change after the fourth course of treatment, and it was found that the circumference of the foot and metatarsus in the light moxibustion group was significantly different from that in the model group on the 29th day and the first day after the model making. However, there was no significant difference between the model group and the blank control group, and the tissue sections showed that the degranulation of mast cells at the acupoints in the light moxibustion group was obvious. In addition, the pain threshold of each group on the 29th day after modeling was compared. It was found that there were significant differences between the blank control group and the light moxibustion group and the model group. Conclusion: semiconductor laser moxibustion of Zusanli has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
