【摘要】：目的:探討中藥對(duì)肥胖相關(guān)性腎病患者胰島素抵抗及血尿酸水平的影響。方法:選取115例ORG患者分成治療組及對(duì)照組,2組均進(jìn)行藥物、飲食及運(yùn)動(dòng)療法,治療組加服中藥治療1個(gè)月,記錄治療前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:總有效率治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2組干預(yù)1個(gè)月后體質(zhì)量、腰圍、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、血糖、空腹胰島素、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)及血尿素水平均下降,與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2組血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)較治療前均有改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:ORG患者采用中藥治療可降低胰島素抵抗指數(shù)及血尿酸水平,降低血脂、血壓、血糖及體質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on insulin resistance and serum uric acid level in obese related nephropathy patients. Methods: 115 patients with ORG were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group were treated with drugs, diet and exercise therapy. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine for one month, and the indexes before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results: the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after one month of intervention. The body mass, waist circumference, body mass index, blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index and blood urea level were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. The hemorheology index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion the treatment with Chinese medicine can reduce insulin resistance index and serum uric acid level, reduce blood lipids, blood pressure, blood glucose and body mass.
