【摘要】：鄭氏女科,迄今蓋二十九世,無有間息,八百年傳承中醫(yī)國粹。其家族譜系中先后出過多名御醫(yī)、名醫(yī)。學(xué)術(shù)精華以抄本形式綿延流傳。代表作《女科集義》,具有三大特色,其一,該書廣輯中醫(yī)典籍與女科專著的相關(guān)論述,征引數(shù)十位醫(yī)家的40多種著作,上自《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》《金匱要略》,下至明清醫(yī)著醫(yī)論,參酌鄭氏女科家傳方書,間附著者臨證治驗(yàn)。其二,鄭氏家傳治驗(yàn),著者以"鄭氏補(bǔ)遺曰"或"鄭氏家傳"的形式給出。其三,書中天頭處"眉批"頗多,其中不乏精辟之見。如"產(chǎn)前安胎,產(chǎn)后祛瘀"。"伏邪時氣,尤宜急下,此即安胎之要訣"等。該手抄本今收藏于上海中醫(yī)大學(xué)圖書館。為中國醫(yī)學(xué)史上的一朵奇葩。
[Abstract]:Zheng female family, so far cover 29, there is no interval, 800 years to inherit the essence of traditional Chinese medicine. His family pedigree has produced a number of imperial doctors, famous doctors. Academic essence is spread in the form of transcripts. The masterpiece "the Collection of female Medicine" has three major characteristics. First, the book extensively compiles the related expositions of traditional Chinese medicine books and female monographs, and cites more than 40 works of dozens of physicians, from the "Huangdi Nei Jing" to "synopsis of the Golden Chamber", and from then to the medical works of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Refer to the family of Zheng's family book, the author of the attached clinical examination. Second, Zheng's family biography is tested, and the author gives it in the form of "Cheng's Addendum" or "Zheng's Family Biography". Third, the book at the head of the "eyebrow criticism" quite a lot, including some incisive views. Such as "prenatal pregnancy, postpartum dispelling blood stasis." Fu evil when Qi, especially under urgent, this is the key to ease the fetus, "and so on." The manuscript is now in the library of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a wonderful flower in the history of Chinese medicine.
