【摘要】：目的:觀察二術(shù)清胃湯治療慢性淺表性胃炎脾胃濕熱證的療效及對(duì)血清中環(huán)氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)-2和胃泌素(gastrin,Gas)的影響。方法:將慢性淺表性胃炎患者66例隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(33例)和觀察組(33例)。對(duì)照組給予施維舒膠囊,每次1粒,每天3次。觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上予二術(shù)清胃湯治療,每天1劑,常規(guī)水煎分2次溫服。兩組連續(xù)觀察8周。比較兩組癥狀體征評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分及臨床療效。檢測血清中COX-2和Gas水平。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組脘腹痞滿、口干口苦、食少納呆、身重困倦、惡心欲嘔評(píng)分明顯少于對(duì)照組,SF-36量表各指標(biāo)評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。觀察組有效率為93.94%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的69.70%(P0.05)。觀察組治療后血清中COX-2和Gas水平明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:二術(shù)清胃湯治療慢性淺表性胃炎脾胃濕熱證療效顯著,且可降低患者血清中COX-2和Gas水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Erzhu Qingwei decoction on chronic superficial gastritis with dampness and heat of spleen and stomach and its effect on serum cyclooxygenase oxidase (COX-2) and gastrin gas (gastrin Gas). Methods: 66 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (33 cases). The control group was given 1 capsule of Schweisu three times a day. The observation group was treated with Erzhu Qingwei decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were observed for 8 weeks. The scores of symptoms and signs, quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. The serum levels of COX-2 and Gas were measured. Results: after treatment, the scores of epigastric fullness, dry mouth and bitter mouth, low food intake, heavy body weight, nausea and nausea in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01). The effective rate of observation group was 93.94, which was significantly higher than that of control group (69.70%, P0.05). The levels of serum COX-2 and Gas in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: Erzhouqingwei decoction is effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis with dampness and heat of spleen and stomach, and can decrease the levels of COX-2 and Gas in serum.
