【摘要】：目的:觀察眶內(nèi)三針刺法與傳統(tǒng)針刺療法對(duì)眼外直肌麻痹的臨床療效,尋求臨床行之有效的眼外直肌麻痹的治療方案。方法:將40例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的眼外直肌麻痹患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為2組:每組20例,治療組采用眶內(nèi)三針刺法,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)針刺療法。治療組以眶內(nèi)三針刺法治療(選穴外直肌穴、球后穴、上球后穴),對(duì)照組以傳統(tǒng)針刺(針灸治療學(xué)第二版教材)的針刺方法治療。每組患者每天治療1次,每次留針30分鐘,6次一個(gè)療程,4個(gè)療程后統(tǒng)計(jì)療效。兩組患者在治療前及治療后進(jìn)行眼肌麻痹指數(shù)的測(cè)量,在治療后進(jìn)行眼肌麻痹恢復(fù)指數(shù)的測(cè)量。用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件將所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者眼肌麻痹指數(shù)結(jié)果經(jīng)獨(dú)立t檢驗(yàn),治療前治療組與對(duì)照組不具有差異性,P0.05;經(jīng)配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn),治療組治療前與治療后眼肌麻痹指數(shù)具有顯著差異性,P0.01;經(jīng)配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn),對(duì)照組治療前與治療后眼肌麻痹指數(shù)具有顯著差異性,p0.01;經(jīng)配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn),治療后治療組與對(duì)照組相比較眼肌麻痹指數(shù)具有差異性,P0.05,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.治療后兩組患者眼肌麻痹恢復(fù)指數(shù)結(jié)果經(jīng)配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn),治療組與對(duì)照組具有顯著差異性,P0.01,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.治療組總有效率為95.00%,對(duì)照組為70.00%,經(jīng)Ridit檢驗(yàn),兩組療效相比較具有差異性,P0.05,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1.眶內(nèi)三針刺法與傳統(tǒng)針刺均能改善患者眼外直肌麻痹癥狀。2.眶內(nèi)三針刺法治療眼外直肌麻痹療效優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)針刺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of intraorbital three-needle acupuncture and traditional acupuncture on extraocular rectus palsy and to seek effective treatment scheme for extraocular rectus palsy. Methods: forty patients with extraocular rectus palsy were randomly divided into two groups: 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with three intraorbital acupuncture and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture. The treatment group was treated with three intraorbital acupuncture points (the external rectus point, the back ball point, and the upper ball point), while the control group was treated with the traditional acupuncture method (the second edition of acupuncture therapy). The patients in each group were treated once a day for 30 minutes and 6 times for a course of treatment. The ophthalmoplegia index was measured before and after treatment, and the recovery index of ophthalmoplegia was measured after treatment. The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The result is 1: 1. After independent t test, there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment (P 0.05), and by paired t test, the ophthalmoplegia index before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly different (P 0.01), and by the paired t test, the ophthalmoplegia index of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.05). The index of ophthalmoplegia in the control group was significantly different from that in the control group before and after treatment (P 0.01), and after paired t test, the index of ophthalmoplegia in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the recovery index of ophthalmoplegia in the two groups was significantly different from that in the control group by paired t test, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00 and that of the control group was 70.00.The Ridit test showed that there was a difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion 1. Both orbital and traditional acupuncture can improve the symptoms of extraocular rectus palsy. The effect of intraorbital three-needle acupuncture in treating extraocular rectus paralysis is better than that of traditional acupuncture.
