【摘要】：目的:探索和發(fā)現(xiàn)中藥治療2型糖尿病領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)話(huà)題和研究前沿。方法:檢索CNKI中已發(fā)表的中藥治療2型糖尿病的文獻(xiàn)(日期:2001年1月1日至2016年10月24日)。該研究運(yùn)用科學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)工具CiteSpaceⅤ繪制中藥治療2型糖尿病的知識(shí)圖譜,并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)分析和聚類(lèi)分析。結(jié)果:關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)聚類(lèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)由341個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn),572條線(xiàn)組成,被分成19個(gè)聚類(lèi)。研究熱點(diǎn)是中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療糖尿病腎病、糖尿病合并高血壓的研究。研究前沿是:(1)中藥對(duì)氧化應(yīng)激的控制;(2)治法以益氣養(yǎng)陰活血為主,甚至貫穿病程始終。結(jié)論:中藥治療2型糖尿病的研究未來(lái)之路是中西醫(yī)結(jié)合之路,且需更多高質(zhì)量的證據(jù)支持。
