【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)三七止痛方治療穩(wěn)定性心絞痛痰瘀阻絡(luò)證的臨床療效,并初步探討三七止痛方的作用機(jī)理。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,在兩組均給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,試驗(yàn)組加服三七止痛方治療,對(duì)照組不進(jìn)行中醫(yī)治療,6周為一療程,觀察記錄兩組試驗(yàn)前后的心絞痛療效、心電圖有效率、硝酸甘油服用量變化、西雅圖心絞痛評(píng)分變化、中醫(yī)證候變化指標(biāo)等,采用SPSS 17.0程序進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),繼而得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:治療后兩組心絞痛、心電圖、硝酸甘油服用量、中醫(yī)證候綜合指標(biāo)及證候總積分、西雅圖量表評(píng)分均較治療前改善,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01或P0.05)。治療組中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀積分均較前減低,具有顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01),對(duì)照組單項(xiàng)積分(除外不寐、舌苔)減少均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01或P0.05),且治療后治療組單項(xiàng)積分(除氣短與不寐)低于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)期間未記錄到安全指標(biāo)及不良反應(yīng)等異常。結(jié)論:三七止痛方聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療方案能顯著改善穩(wěn)定性心絞痛痰瘀阻絡(luò)證患者的臨床癥狀,且優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)治療的效果,臨床應(yīng)用安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Sanqi Zhitong recipe in treating stable angina pectoris with phlegm and stagnation of collaterals, and to explore the mechanism of Sanqi Zhitong recipe. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, the experimental group was treated with Sanqi Zhitong recipe, and the control group was treated without TCM treatment for 6 weeks. The effect of angina pectoris, the effective rate of electrocardiogram, the change of nitroglycerin dosage, the change of score of Seattle angina pectoris and the change index of TCM syndromes were observed and recorded before and after the two groups were tested. The statistical results were obtained by SPSS 17.0 program. Results: after treatment, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram (ECG), nitroglycerin dosage, syndromes of TCM Syndromes, total score of syndrome and score of Seattle scale were improved, and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.01 or P0.05). The scores of TCM single symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the former group (P0.01), while the single score in the control group (excluding insomnia) was significantly different from that in the control group (P0.01). The decrease of tongue coating was statistically significant (P0.01 or P0.05), and the single score (except shortness of breath and insomnia) in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). No safety indicators and adverse reactions were recorded during the experiment. Conclusion: Sanqi Zhitong prescription combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and is superior to the effect of western medicine alone, and its clinical application is safe and reliable.
