【摘要】：目的：本研究通過觀察針刺疏肝解郁法治療功能性消化不良肝胃失和證,以及明確該法的療效。從主觀和客觀兩方面進行觀察,為治療功能性消化不良提供安全又有效的治療方法,并希望對以后深入臨床研究提供幫助。方法：選擇46例消化不良肝胃失和證型患者符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為研究對象。應(yīng)用隨機設(shè)計原則,將所有研究對象分為治療組和對照組,其中治療組24例和對照組22例。治療組使用針刺疏肝解郁法進行治療,對照組給予嗎丁啉進行治療,兩組療程以1周為一個療程,共觀察4個療程。以中醫(yī)癥候評分,療效指數(shù),生存質(zhì)量評分作為評價指標(biāo),對實驗結(jié)果進行分析。結(jié)果：①較兩組患者的性別,年齡,病程,治療前的一般情況,經(jīng)行分析,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),具有可比性。②兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候評分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)顯著(P0.05),證明了針刺對治療組療效更優(yōu)于西藥對照組。③兩組患者綜合療效比較,治療組總有效率為95.8%,對照組總有效率為90.9%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),但治療組總效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組。④兩組患者生存質(zhì)量評分比較,治療前后比較(P0.05),結(jié)果表明治療組在改善軀體疼痛、精力、精神健康、社會功能優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論：針刺疏肝解郁法治療功能性消化不良的疾病,在肝胃失和證型治療上,效果更加明顯。通過臨床數(shù)據(jù),驗證了針刺疏肝解郁法是有效治療功能性消化不良的方法,值得臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony by acupuncture to soothe the liver and relieve depression. To provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of functional dyspepsia from subjective and objective aspects, and to provide help for further clinical research. Methods: 46 cases of dyspepsia with liver and stomach disharmony were selected. All the subjects were divided into treatment group (n = 24) and control group (n = 22). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture to soothe the liver and relieve depression, while the control group was treated with morpholine. The two groups were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment and 4 courses of treatment were observed. The experimental results were analyzed with TCM symptom score, curative effect index and quality of life score as evaluation index. Results there was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease, general situation before treatment and meridian analysis between the two groups (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), which proved that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the treatment group was better than that of the western medicine control group. 3. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8g, the total effective rate of the control group was 90.9, there was no statistical difference (P0.05), but the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the comparison before and after treatment (P0.05), the results showed that the treatment group was improving somatic pain. Energy, mental health, social function is superior to the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of functional dyspepsia by acupuncture to soothe the liver and relieve depression is more effective in the treatment of liver and stomach disharmony syndrome. According to the clinical data, the method of acupuncture to soothe the liver and relieve depression is an effective method for the treatment of functional dyspepsia, which is worth popularizing clinically.
