【摘要】：通過系統(tǒng)整理和分析近年來針灸治療感染性疾病的臨床研究文獻,認為針灸在治療感染性疾病和抗生素耐藥性疾病方面具有三方面優(yōu)勢:通過改善局部器官和臟器的功能預(yù)防感染性疾病的發(fā)生,調(diào)動機體的自愈能力預(yù)防抗生素耐藥的發(fā)生從而發(fā)揮未病先防的優(yōu)勢;通過改善感染性疾病的主要癥狀,提高局部抗菌抗病毒作用而發(fā)揮已病增效優(yōu)勢;通過治療慢性復(fù)發(fā)性感染性疾病,改善臟器功能及全身免疫狀態(tài)而發(fā)揮久病扶正的優(yōu)勢。提出今后需要開展高質(zhì)量的臨床研究,以證實針灸治療感染性疾病和抗生素耐藥性疾病的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:The clinical literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infectious diseases in recent years were systematically sorted out and analyzed. It is concluded that acupuncture has three advantages in treating infectious diseases and antibiotic resistant diseases: preventing infectious diseases by improving the function of local organs and organs. Exerting the self-healing ability of the body to prevent the occurrence of antibiotic resistance and giving full play to the advantages of prevention without disease, improving the main symptoms of infectious diseases and enhancing the local antibacterial and antiviral effects to give play to the advantage of increasing the efficiency of the disease. Through the treatment of chronic recurrent infectious diseases, improve organ function and systemic immune state to play the advantage of long illness. In order to confirm the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on infectious diseases and antibiotic resistance diseases, it is necessary to carry out high quality clinical research in the future.
