【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)運(yùn)用益腎健步湯配合非負(fù)重鍛煉治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,采用WOMAC膝關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)分系統(tǒng)及以膝關(guān)節(jié)周徑的變化來(lái)反應(yīng)腫脹程度作為臨床觀察指標(biāo),與對(duì)照組(單純地口服依托考昔片治療)作比較。用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析測(cè)到的數(shù)據(jù),觀察對(duì)比治療前后兩組患者各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的變化,探求改善膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎癥狀的更好辦法。方法:隨機(jī)選擇在河南省中醫(yī)院骨傷門診就診的膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者60例,隨機(jī)分為治療組(口服益腎健步湯配合非負(fù)重鍛煉)和對(duì)照組(單純口服依托考昔片),每組各30例。運(yùn)用WOMAC膝關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)分系統(tǒng),并且觀察膝關(guān)節(jié)周徑變化,在治療3個(gè)月以后,對(duì)比兩組治療結(jié)果。結(jié)果:治療3個(gè)月后,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,對(duì)比兩組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)反映治療明顯好于對(duì)照組,提示采用益腎健步湯配合非負(fù)重鍛煉治療組的整體療效比對(duì)照組更加明顯。結(jié)論:益腎健步湯配合非負(fù)重鍛煉對(duì)于改善膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的疼痛、腫脹、僵硬等癥狀具有顯著的效果,是改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能活動(dòng)和治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat knee osteoarthritis with Yishen Jianbu decoction (Yishen Jianbu decoction) and non-weight-bearing exercise. The WOMAC knee joint scoring system and the changes of knee joint circumference were used as clinical observation indexes. It was compared with the control group (oral etoxib alone). Statistical analysis was used to observe and compare the changes of indexes between the two groups before and after treatment to find a better way to improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: sixty patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly selected from the outpatient clinic of bone injury in Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into treatment group (oral Yishen Jianbu decoction combined with non-weight-bearing exercise) and control group (oral etcoxim alone) with 30 cases in each group. WOMAC knee scoring system was used to observe the changes of knee circumference. After 3 months of treatment, the results of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after 3 months of treatment, statistical analysis was used to compare the indexes of the two groups. Each index reflected that the treatment was obviously better than that in the control group, suggesting that the overall curative effect of the treatment group with Yishen Jianbu decoction combined with non-weight-bearing exercise was more obvious than that of the control group. Conclusion: Yishen Jianbu decoction combined with non-weight-bearing exercise can improve the pain swelling stiffness and other symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. It is an effective method to improve the function of knee joint and treat knee osteoarthritis.
