【摘要】：目的:隨著社會的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高,女性對于自身健康問題的關(guān)注與日俱增,也對生活質(zhì)量有了更高的要求。各類健康問題對于女性工作、生活造成很大的影響,經(jīng)期延長作為困擾女性身體健康的常見疾病之一,已嚴(yán)重影響女性的工作、生活和學(xué)習(xí)。本課題主要探討自擬化瘀調(diào)經(jīng)湯加減治療血瘀證經(jīng)期延長的優(yōu)越性,并為日后臨床治療血瘀證經(jīng)期延長提供一種新的基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。方法:本研究選用隨機(jī)分組的方法,選取2015年1月至2015年9月間在長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院婦科門診就診的72例血瘀證經(jīng)期延長患者,按照就診時間的先后順序隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組36人,分別給予化瘀調(diào)經(jīng)湯加減及新生化顆粒口服,連續(xù)服用三個月經(jīng)周期,觀察療效,通過治療前后的癥狀評分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,進(jìn)而闡明自擬化瘀調(diào)經(jīng)湯治療本病的機(jī)理。結(jié)果:臨床觀察與統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件分析顯示:治療組:痊愈4例,顯效20例,有效9例,無效3例;分別占比例為:11.1%,55.6%,25%,8.3%。對照組:痊愈3例,顯效19例,有效9例,無效5例;分別占比例為:8.3%,52.8%,25%,13.9%。P值0.05,已達(dá)到統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:自擬化瘀調(diào)經(jīng)湯是治療血瘀證經(jīng)期延長的有效方劑,為日后臨床治療血瘀證經(jīng)期延長提供了一種更安全、有效、值得推廣的方藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, women pay more and more attention to their own health problems and have higher demands on the quality of life. All kinds of health problems have a great impact on women's work and life. As one of the common diseases that disturb women's physical health, menstrual prolongation has seriously affected women's work, life and study. This topic mainly discusses the superiority of self-made decoction of removing blood stasis and regulating meridians in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome, and provides a new basis and basis for clinical treatment of prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome. Methods: in this study, 72 patients with prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome were selected from January 2015 to September 2015 in the gynecological clinic of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of visiting time, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group of 36 people were given Huayu Tiaojing decoction and Xinshanghua granule orally, and taken continuously for three menstrual cycles to observe the curative effect. Through statistical analysis of symptom score before and after treatment, the mechanism of self-made Huayu Tiaojing decoction for treating this disease was expounded. Results: the clinical observation and statistical software analysis showed that in the treatment group, 4 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective. In the control group, there were 3 cases of cure, 19 cases of remarkable effect, 9 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffectiveness, respectively, which accounted for the proportion of 5% 8.3% and 52.8%, and the value of 13.9.P was 0.05, which had reached statistical significance. Conclusion: Self-made Huayu Tiaojing decoction is an effective prescription for prolonging menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome, which provides a more safe, effective and worth popularizing prescription for clinical treatment of prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome.
