【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用雙柏膏外敷方案對跟骨骨折早期軟組織消腫療效進(jìn)行觀察,以驗證雙柏膏外敷治療跟骨骨折早期腫脹的確切性和理論的科學(xué)性,為臨床擬定治療方案制定提供依據(jù)。方法:將符合本次研究的44例跟骨骨折患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各22例。對照組予常規(guī)治療方案(1.入院后囑患者制動,抬高患肢,嚴(yán)格臥床;2.入院第一天予局部冰敷,入院2h內(nèi)予Jones繃帶;甘露醇針125ml靜點,每12小時一次。)。治療組予常規(guī)治療方案加雙柏膏外敷治療(入院24小時后)。兩療程均為9天,每日10時測量踝-跟-踝周長,并計算每日患者周長差。觀察腫脹處淤斑情況后打分。結(jié)果:(1)試驗期間,治療組皮膚過敏1例,對照組自動出院1例,最終完成試驗者44例。(2)入組后2天以內(nèi)兩組治療對患肢腫脹的治療沒有顯著的差異;治療組與對照組在治療第5、7、9天對患肢的腫脹程度有顯著差異,治療組的療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。(3)5天內(nèi)兩組治療對皮膚瘀斑的治療沒有顯著的差異。兩組藥物在用藥后7、9天對患肢瘀斑的治療有顯著差異,治療組的療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:通過本次臨床試驗,觀察雙柏膏外敷加上常規(guī)消腫與單用常規(guī)消腫治療(甘露醇針+Jones繃帶)對跟骨骨折早期消腫作用比較:如P0.05,則治療組優(yōu)于對照組,雙柏膏對于治療治療跟骨骨折早期軟組織腫脹及皮下瘀血均有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Shuangbai plaster on early soft tissue swelling of calcaneal fracture, to verify the accuracy and scientific theory of Shuangbai plaster in treating early swelling of calcaneal fracture, and to provide basis for clinical formulation of treatment plan. Methods: 44 patients with calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 22) and control group (n = 22). The control group was treated with routine therapy (1. 5%). After admission, the patient was ordered to immobilize, raise the affected limb, and stay in bed strictly 2. Local ice compress on the first day of admission, Jones bandage within 2 hours of admission; 125ml, mannitol needle, once every 12 hours,.). The treatment group was treated with routine treatment and external application of Shuangbai ointment (24 hours after admission). The ankle-heel-ankle circumference was measured at 10:00. The swelling spot was observed and scored. Results: (1) during the trial, there were 1 case of skin hypersensitivity in the treatment group, 1 case of the control group discharged automatically, and 44 cases finished the test. (2) there was no significant difference in the treatment of the swelling of the affected limb between the two groups within 2 days after entering the group; There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the swelling degree of the affected limb on the 7th day of treatment. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). (3) within 5 days. There was no significant difference in the treatment of skin ecchymosis between the treatment group and the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of limb ecchymosis at 7 days after treatment, and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: through this clinical trial, the effect of Shuangbai ointment combined with conventional detumescence therapy (mannitol needle Jones bandage) on calcaneal fracture was observed: if P0.05, the treatment group was superior to the control group. Shuangbai ointment has positive significance in the treatment of early soft tissue swelling and subcutaneous blood stasis in calcaneal fracture.
