【摘要】：目的:用SF-36聯(lián)合HAMD量表評價益心解郁湯加減對心衰后輕度抑郁患者的干預(yù)作用。方法:將90例心衰后輕度抑郁患者隨機分為對照組、舍曲林組及益心解郁湯組。三組均給予常規(guī)抗心衰基礎(chǔ)治療,后兩組分別加用舍曲林、益心解郁湯加減持續(xù)治療8周。以治療前后臨床療效、SF-36量表評分及HAMD量表評分變化作為主要觀察指標。結(jié)果:益心解郁湯組總有效率顯著高于對照組,SF-36量表分值均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),HAMD量表評分顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益心解郁湯能改善心衰后輕度抑郁患者的生活質(zhì)量及抑郁癥狀,具有較好的臨床療效及安全性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the intervention effect of Yixin Jieyu decoction (YXJU) on mild depression after heart failure by SF-36 and HAMD. Methods: 90 patients with mild depression after heart failure were randomly divided into control group, sertraline group and Yixin Jieyu decoction group. The three groups were treated with routine basic therapy of heart failure, the latter two groups were treated with sertraline and Yixin Jieyu decoction for 8 weeks. The changes of SF-36 scale and HAMD scale before and after treatment were taken as the main indexes. Results: the total effective rate of Yixin Jieyu decoction group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Yixin Jieyu decoction can improve the quality of life and depressive symptoms of patients with mild depression after heart failure.
