【摘要】：目的從中國知網數據庫(CNKI)中挖掘骨關節(jié)炎的中醫(yī)證候特點及用藥規(guī)律。方法應用ROST Content Mining分析工具,經文本格式轉化、詞頻分析和語義網絡對骨關節(jié)炎相關文本信息進行分析處理。結果骨關節(jié)炎是以肝腎虧虛為核心,兼夾血瘀、脾虛、痰濕等的虛實夾雜證。中成藥以強筋健骨為核心,常用有正清風痛寧、白芍總苷、腫痛安膠囊、仙靈骨葆膠囊、壯骨關節(jié)丸等。中藥以補肝腎、活血化瘀、祛風除濕為核心,常用有牛膝、當歸、川芎、獨活、紅花等。結論本研究應用文本挖掘方法初步闡明了骨關節(jié)炎的中醫(yī)證候特點和用藥規(guī)律,可為本病的臨床診治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes and drug use of osteoarthritis from (CNKI). Methods ROST Content Mining analysis tools were used to analyze and process the text information related to osteoarthritis through text format transformation, word frequency analysis and semantic network. Results Osteoarthritis was characterized by deficiency of liver and kidney and inclusion of blood stasis, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness. Chinese patent medicine to strengthen the bone as the core, commonly used Zhengqing Fengtongning, total glucosides of paeony, Gongtong an capsule, Xianling Gu Bao capsule, Zhuanggu joint pills and so on. Chinese medicine to replenish liver and kidney, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, dispelling wind and removing dampness as the core, commonly used Achyranthes bidentata, Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Duhuo, safflower and so on. Conclusion the characteristics of TCM syndromes and drug use of osteoarthritis were preliminarily clarified by text mining method, which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.
