【摘要】：目的探討溫和灸對(duì)胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者PICC相關(guān)性上肢靜脈血栓預(yù)防的效果及對(duì)血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)的改善效果。方法采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字法,將117例PICC置管的胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者分為2組,對(duì)照組57例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組60例。兩組患者均給予PICC常規(guī)護(hù)理,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予生理鹽水封管并施以溫和灸,對(duì)照組給予生理鹽水封管,比較置管7 d時(shí)兩組血栓的發(fā)生率、置管前1 d、置管7 d和15 d時(shí)血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果血栓發(fā)生率的比較:置管7 d時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的血栓發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)的比較:與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的全血粘度低切、高切,紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù),血漿粘度,紅細(xì)胞壓積在組間、時(shí)間、交互作用上與對(duì)照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論溫和灸能影響血液流變學(xué),有效防止胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者PICC置管后血栓的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mild moxibustion on the prevention of PICC associated upper limb venous thrombosis and the improvement of hemorheology in patients with gastrointestinal malignancy. Methods 117 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into two groups: control group (n = 57), control group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The patients in both groups were given routine nursing care with PICC. The experimental group was given saline sealing and mild moxibustion, while the control group was given saline sealing. The incidence of thrombus was compared between the two groups at 7 days after catheterization. The changes of hemorheology indexes in the first day, 7 days and 15 days before placing the tube. Results the incidence of thrombus in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 7 days after catheterization (P0.05). Comparison of hemorheological indexes: compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity of the experimental group was low shear, high shear, erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, time, and interaction compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion mild moxibustion can affect hemorheology and prevent thrombosis after PICC catheterization in patients with gastrointestinal malignancy.
