【摘要】：目的:檢索建國(guó)以來(lái)針刺得氣臨床文獻(xiàn),采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,從文獻(xiàn)角度探索得氣與療效的關(guān)系。方法:建立針刺得氣臨床文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集、篩選、提取數(shù)據(jù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和關(guān)聯(lián)分析,總結(jié)得氣與療效的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:得氣與否與療效關(guān)系的研究中,82.1%(46/56)的研究認(rèn)為得氣與療效相關(guān),17.9%(10/56)的研究認(rèn)為得氣與療效不相關(guān);痛經(jīng)、面癱文獻(xiàn)中,得氣與療效相關(guān)的支持度為100%;痛證文獻(xiàn)中,72%(18/25)的研究認(rèn)為得氣與療效相關(guān),28%(7/25)的研究認(rèn)為得氣與療效不相關(guān)。得氣特點(diǎn)與療效關(guān)系的研究中,60.7%(65/107)的研究認(rèn)為傳導(dǎo)感與療效呈正相關(guān);得氣感強(qiáng)度與療效關(guān)系的研究有21項(xiàng),涉及病種分散,其與療效的關(guān)系和病種相關(guān);痛經(jīng)文獻(xiàn)中傳導(dǎo)感與療效呈正相關(guān)的研究最多,達(dá)58.3%(7/12);面癱文獻(xiàn)中,得氣感弱與療效呈正相關(guān)的研究最多,達(dá)50%(3/6);痛證文獻(xiàn)中,傳導(dǎo)感與療效呈正相關(guān)的研究最多,為63%(34/54)。結(jié)論:多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)顯示,針刺得氣可提高臨床療效,不同得氣特點(diǎn)與療效的關(guān)系和病種密切相關(guān)。建議對(duì)針刺療效顯著的病種開(kāi)展更多高質(zhì)量的得氣與療效的關(guān)系研究,以便更好地總結(jié)得氣規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective: to search the clinical literature of acupuncture and qi since the founding of PRC, and to explore the relationship between acupuncture qi and curative effect from the point of view of literature by using data mining method. Methods: the clinical literature database of acupuncture was established and the data mining technique was used to collect, screen, extract data, analyze statistics and correlation analysis, and summarize the relationship between Qi and curative effect. Results: in the study of the relationship between qi and curative effect, 82.1% (46 / 56) of the study considered that the relationship between qi and curative effect was 17.9% (10 / 56). In the literature of pain syndromes, 72% (18 / 25) of the studies showed that there were 28% (7 / 25) of the studies that there was no correlation between qi and curative effect. 60.7% (65 / 107) of the studies on the relationship between the characteristics of qi and the curative effect showed that the conduction feeling was positively correlated with the curative effect, the intensity of the feeling of qi was positively correlated with the curative effect, and the relationship between the intensity of the feeling of qi and the curative effect was 21, involving the dispersion of the disease species, and the relationship with the curative effect and the disease type. In the literature of dysmenorrhea, 58.3% (7 / 12) were found to be positively correlated with the efficacy, and 50% (3 / 6) were found to be positively correlated with the efficacy in the literature on facial paralysis, and 63% (34 / 54) were found to have positive correlation between the conduction feeling and the curative effect in the literature on pain syndrome. Conclusion: most literatures show that acupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy, and the relationship between the different characteristics of qi and the curative effect is closely related to the type of disease. It is suggested that more studies should be carried out on the relationship between the quality of qi and the curative effect of acupuncture in order to sum up the law of Qi gain better.
