【摘要】：研究目的：1.通過采用Zung氏焦慮自評量表(SAS)及Zung氏抑郁自評量表(SDS)對寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良患者的精神心理狀態(tài)進行評定。2.觀察辛開苦降方對寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良患者精神心理狀態(tài)的干預作用。研究方法：將符合納入標準的105例功能性消化不良患者依據(jù)2：1的優(yōu)效性臨床試驗原則隨機分為兩組,治療組70例,對照組35例。治療組給予辛開苦降方免煎顆粒(150m1/次,2次/日),對照組給予炒大米免煎顆粒(150m1/次,2次/日)。療程為4周。在治療前以及治療4周后分別進行精神心理狀態(tài)的評價、臨床癥狀的評分,比較治療前后功能性消化不良患者以及合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者的精神心理狀態(tài)變化情況。所有數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS19.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。研究結果：1.本研究的105例寒熱錯雜型FD患者,對照組脫落3例,實際分析討論病例102例,平均年齡47.05±11.75歲；其中合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)的患者為52例,占本試驗總人數(shù)的50.9%,平均年齡為41.85±6.32歲。功能性消化不良合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者中,30-39歲年齡段發(fā)病率最高,為21例。2.研究的105例功能性消化不良患者中,男女比例為1：1.56,女性多于男性。52例功能性消化不良合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)的患者中,男女比例為1：3.07,女性多于男性。3.研究的102例功能性消化不良患者中,存在焦慮狀態(tài)的患者有48例,存在抑郁狀態(tài)的患者有7例,同時存在焦慮和抑郁狀態(tài)的患者有3例。4.功能性消化不良患者焦慮、抑郁評分與臨床癥狀積分均呈正相關。5.兩組功能性消化不良患者經治療后,臨床癥狀積分均下降,經檢驗,治療組P值0.01,具有顯著性差異；對照組P值0.05,具有統(tǒng)計學差異性,表明治療藥與安慰劑均能改善患者的臨床癥狀,并且治療組的療效更加顯著。6.對于寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良患者,兩組藥物都具有改善其精神心理狀態(tài)的作用,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,表明辛開苦降方對功能性消化不良患者的精神心理狀態(tài)有干預作用,且能有效的改善功能性消化不良患者的精神心理狀態(tài)。7.對于兩組中存在異常精神心理狀態(tài)的功能性消化不良患者,經治療后,SAS、SDS評分均較前降低,治療組患者的評分較對照組明顯降低,表明辛開苦降方能有效改善功能性消化不良合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒。8.52例功能性消化不良合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒改善情況明顯優(yōu)于102例功能性消化不良患者結論：1.寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良患者中異常精神心理狀態(tài)的發(fā)病率為50.9%,合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)的患者中女性發(fā)病率高于男性,以30-39歲年齡段發(fā)病率最高。2.功能性消化不良患者存在精神心理障礙,且患者焦慮、抑郁評分與臨床癥狀呈正相關,兩者相互作用,相互影響。3.辛開苦降方可以有效的緩解寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良癥狀,同時能調節(jié)功能性消化不良患者以及合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒。4.辛開苦降方能更好的改善寒熱錯雜型功能性消化不良合并異常精神心理狀態(tài)患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1. through the use of Zung's anxiety self rating scale (SAS) and Zung's depressive self rating scale (SDS), the mental state of patients with dysfunctional dyspepsia of cold and heat is evaluated by.2..
