【摘要】：舌診是中醫(yī)的特色診法中望診的重要組成部分,望舌可以直觀且靈敏的反映機體臟腑氣血盛衰,可為中醫(yī)辨證、辨病、診斷及預(yù)后提供較為客觀的參考依據(jù)。文章從舌象判斷療效的歷史源流及當(dāng)前的臨床應(yīng)用等方面進行分析,認為舌象參數(shù)的變化一定程度上與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)指標(biāo)具有相關(guān)性,舌象變化的動態(tài)測量可明確病證診斷、病程及病情變化情況、測知診療方法療效和了解疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸和預(yù)后,是中醫(yī)療效評價中不可分割的一部分。
[Abstract]:Tongue diagnosis is an important part of the characteristic diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. It can be used as an objective reference for TCM syndrome differentiation, disease differentiation, diagnosis and prognosis. Based on the analysis of the history and current clinical application of tongue image, it is concluded that the change of tongue image parameters is related to modern medical indexes to some extent, and the dynamic measurement of tongue image change can confirm the diagnosis of disease and syndromes. The course of disease, the condition of disease, the curative effect of diagnosis and treatment, the outcome and prognosis of the disease are integral part of the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
