【摘要】：藏象病理生理與理論研究是中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論研究的重點(diǎn),是實(shí)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)理論發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵所在。近年研究顯示,肝臟在五臟中的地位發(fā)生變化,中醫(yī)肝臟病證占總體病證多達(dá)40%,上升到重要位置。在肝臟諸多生理作用中,"主疏泄"為肝的基本生理功能,對(duì)于調(diào)暢氣機(jī)、調(diào)節(jié)情志、促進(jìn)脾胃運(yùn)化和調(diào)節(jié)生殖機(jī)能具有重要意義。證是中醫(yī)臨床辨證論治體系的核心,證的現(xiàn)代研究為臟象學(xué)說(shuō)本質(zhì)的研究找到了切入點(diǎn),為中、西兩種醫(yī)學(xué)深層次的溝通與對(duì)話(huà)打開(kāi)了窗口。臟象學(xué)說(shuō)的現(xiàn)代研究是推動(dòng)中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化刻不容緩的任務(wù),將以現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的客觀檢測(cè)指標(biāo)為中介,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中、西醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)上的交匯與融合。
[Abstract]:The research of pathophysiology and theory of Tibetan image is the focus of the basic theory research of TCM and the key to the development and innovation of TCM theory. Recent studies have shown that the position of liver in the five viscera has changed, and the liver syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) account for up to 40 parts of the total disease syndromes, rising to an important position. Among the many physiological functions of the liver, "main dredging" is the basic physiological function of the liver, which plays an important role in regulating qi, regulating mood, promoting spleen and stomach transformation and regulating reproductive function. Syndrome is the core of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment system. The modern study of syndromes has found a breakthrough point for the study of the essence of visceral image theory and opened a window for the deep communication and dialogue between Chinese and western medicine. The modern research on the theory of visceral image is an urgent task to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. It will take the objective examination index of modern medicine as the intermediary and finally realize the intersection and fusion of the essence of western medicine.
