【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建以"針"為媒的新型抗腫瘤整體理念,實(shí)踐腫瘤舒適醫(yī)療,提高患者生存質(zhì)量,延長生存期。方法在等于宗主任提倡的舒適醫(yī)療策略下,將傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)針灸學(xué)、針刀醫(yī)學(xué)、及現(xiàn)代影像引導(dǎo)的腫瘤消融治療學(xué)有機(jī)整合,并結(jié)合中晚期腫瘤病人病理生理變化,施"針"治療。結(jié)果鄧運(yùn)宗主任提出的"三維針療控瘤技術(shù)"在三個(gè)不同維度對(duì)腫瘤患者進(jìn)行施"針",對(duì)于腫瘤患者全身功能調(diào)控、區(qū)域癥狀緩解,局部腫瘤控制等方面,均取得顯著療效。結(jié)論 "三維針療控瘤技術(shù)"是鄧運(yùn)宗主任提出的一種新型腫瘤舒適醫(yī)療模式,療效突出,極大提高了腫瘤患者的生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a new antineoplastic concept with needle as the medium, to improve the patient's quality of life and prolong the survival time. Methods under the comfortable medical strategy advocated by Zong Director, the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, the acupuncture knife medicine, and the modern image-guided tumor ablation therapy were organically integrated, and combined with the pathophysiological changes of the middle and late stage tumor patients, "acupuncture" treatment was applied. Results the "three dimensional needle control technique" proposed by Deng Yunzong had remarkable curative effect on the whole body function regulation, regional symptom relief and local tumor control of tumor patients in three different dimensions. Conclusion "Three-dimensional Needle Therapy and tumor Control technique" is a new type of comfortable medical mode for tumor proposed by Director Deng Yunzong. The curative effect is outstanding and the quality of life of tumor patients is greatly improved, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
