【摘要】：目的:分析補(bǔ)益強(qiáng)心片對(duì)慢性心力衰竭療效及容量負(fù)荷的影響。方法:研究資料為我院心內(nèi)科收治的82例慢性心力衰竭患者,納入時(shí)間為2014年9月~2016年5月。隨機(jī)原則分組,41例為對(duì)照組,接受常規(guī)藥物治療,另41例為觀察組,常規(guī)藥物基礎(chǔ)上加服補(bǔ)益強(qiáng)心片。分析兩組治療效果以及容量負(fù)荷指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為90.24%,明顯高于對(duì)照組70.73%。治療后,觀察組MLHFFQ得分和6MWT分別為(28.43±3.59分、379.5±9.6m),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(36.85±4.05分、338.4±8.9m)。治療后,觀察組RAP、PAP和PAWP值分別為(0.87±0.03、4.12±0.26、3.01±0.14)k Pa,均明顯低于對(duì)照組(0.96±0.04、4.71±0.29、3.37±0.16)k Pa。(4)治療后,觀察組CO和LVEDP值分別為(4.56±0.37L/min、19.04±1.15mm Hg),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(4.09±0.34L/min、22.41±1.46mm Hg)。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)益強(qiáng)心片可提高慢性心力衰竭的治療療效,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,改善患者容量負(fù)荷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of Buyi Qiang Xin tablet on chronic heart failure. Methods: 82 patients with chronic heart failure were admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to May 2016. Randomly divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (41 cases), taking Buyi Qiangxin tablet on the basis of routine medicine. The effect of treatment and the change of volumetric load index were analyzed in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.73). After treatment, the MLHFFQ score and 6MWT in the observation group were (28.43 鹵3.59) and 379.5 鹵9.6 m, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (36.85 鹵4.05 min, 338.4 鹵8.9 m). After treatment, the values of RAPP and PAWP in the observation group were (0.87 鹵0.03 鹵4.12 鹵0.26 鹵3.01 鹵0.14) KPA, significantly lower than those in the control group (0.96 鹵0.04 鹵4.71 鹵0.29 鹵3.37 鹵0.16) KPA. (4) after treatment, the values of CO and LVEDP in the observation group were (4.56 鹵0.37 L / min, 19.04 鹵1.15mm Hg), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (4.09 鹵0.34 L / min 22.41 鹵1.46mm Hg). Conclusion: Bu Yi Qiang Xin tablet can improve the curative effect of chronic heart failure, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the volume load of patients.
