【摘要】：目的:探討2型糖尿病陰陽兩虛證與垂體-甲狀腺軸的相關(guān)性。方法:將2型糖尿病患者499例分為陰虛熱盛、濕熱困脾、氣陰兩虛、陰陽兩虛4型。測定患者靜脈空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小時(shí)血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA_(1c))、空腹血清C肽(FCP)、餐后2hC肽(2hPCP)、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游離甲狀腺素(FT_4)、促甲狀腺激素(TSH)、甲狀腺球蛋白(Tg)、甲狀腺球蛋白抗體(Tg Ab)、甲狀腺過氧化物酶抗體(TPOAb)水平。結(jié)果:陰陽兩虛型患者的年齡、病程大于其余3型(P0.001);氣陰兩虛型患者的年齡、病程大于陰虛熱盛型(P0.05)。氣陰兩虛型患者FPG、2h PCP高于陰陽兩虛型(P0.05);陰陽兩虛型患者FT_3水平低于陰虛熱盛型、濕熱困脾型、氣陰兩虛型(P0.01)。陰陽兩虛型患者的FT_4水平顯著低于氣陰兩虛型(P0.01)。結(jié)論:甲狀腺激素水平與2型糖尿病患者陰陽兩虛證存在密切相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the correlation between the two deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes Yin Yang and the pituitary thyroid axis. Methods: 499 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into 499 cases of yin deficiency heat, damp heat trapped in spleen, Qi and yin deficiency, yin and yang two deficiency 4. The patient's venous fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hour blood glucose (2 hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA_ (1c)), fasting serum C peptide (FCP), and postprandial 2hC peptide were measured. (2hPCP) free three iodine thyroxine (FT_3), free thyroxine (FT_4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroid globulin (Tg), thyroid globulin antibody (Tg Ab) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb). Results: the age of the patients with Yin and yang deficiency type two, the course of disease is greater than the other 3 types (P0.001); the age of patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin and the course of disease More than Yin deficiency heat type (P0.05). The patients with Qi and yin deficiency type FPG, 2h PCP higher than Yin and yang two deficiency type (P0.05); the FT_3 level of yin and yang deficiency type patients is lower than Yin deficiency heat type, damp heat trapped in spleen type, Qi Yin deficiency type (P0.01). The level of FT_4 in patients with Yin and yang two deficiency is significantly lower than that of Qi Yin two deficiency type (P0.01). Conclusion: thyroid hormone level and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients are significantly lower than that of type 2 diabetes mellitus. There is a close correlation between yin and yang two deficiency syndrome.
