【摘要】：目的:初步探討癲癇患者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分布特點,為更好地基于體質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)治療癲癇、預(yù)防發(fā)作提供依據(jù)。方法:采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,全面采集癲癇患者的臨床信息,判定體質(zhì)類型,觀察癲癇患者體質(zhì)總體分布情況,運用卡方檢驗比較各體質(zhì)在不同性別、年齡上的分布差異。結(jié)果:本研究共納入322例患者,62.42%為偏頗體質(zhì),偏頗體質(zhì)中最多的為濕熱質(zhì)(21.43%)。各體質(zhì)性別分布:氣郁質(zhì)、瘀血質(zhì)女性多于男性。各體質(zhì)年齡分布:平和質(zhì)在18歲患者分布的較多,氣虛質(zhì)、氣郁質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)、陽虛質(zhì)在≥40歲患者分布的比例最高。結(jié)論:癲癇患者體質(zhì)以偏頗體質(zhì)為主,體質(zhì)在不同性別、年齡上的分布各有特點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to preliminarily discuss the characteristics of the distribution of TCM Constitution in epileptic patients, in order to provide a better basis for the treatment of epilepsy and prevention of seizures based on physical regulation. Method: a cross-sectional survey method is used to collect the clinical information of epileptic patients comprehensively, to determine the type of physical constitution, to observe the general distribution of the body of the epileptic patients, and to compare the physical constitution with the chi square test. Results: 322 patients were included in this study, 62.42% were biased constitution, and the most partial constitution was damp heat (21.43%). The distribution of physical sex: Qi stagnation and blood stasis in women were more than men. The distribution of physical age was more in 18 year old patients, Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, phlegm wet quality, and Yang. Conclusion: the constitution of epileptic patients is mainly biased constitution, and their distribution is different in different gender and age.
