【摘要】：目的:觀察以滋補(bǔ)肝腎法為治則的滋陰安神顆粒治療老年性失眠癥(肝腎陰虛型)的臨床療效。方法:取符合病例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者70例,采用臨床試驗(yàn)隨機(jī)分組原則,將患者分為滋陰安神顆粒治療組(A組),35例;百樂眠膠囊對照組(B組),35例。A組:給予滋陰安神顆粒,1袋/次,150ml/次水沖服,2次/日,午、晚飯后口服;B組:給予百樂眠膠囊,4粒/次,2次/日,午、晚飯后口服。兩組均10天為一療程,持續(xù)觀察3個(gè)療程,治療期間停用其它相關(guān)藥物。本研究以匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)積分和中醫(yī)證候積分作為臨床療效評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果:本研究實(shí)際入組70例,脫落及剔除病例均為0例,兩組患者依從性良好。治療3個(gè)療程后,兩組治療后臨床療效分析、中醫(yī)證候療效、中醫(yī)癥候總積分、PSQI積分及總分比較,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,P0.05,說明A組療效優(yōu)于B組。治療后兩組病人中醫(yī)癥狀和體征表象比較,A組在改善失眠、脅肋隱痛、腰膝酸軟、五心煩熱、顴紅盜汗、舌紅苔少、脈細(xì)數(shù)癥狀方面優(yōu)于B組,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,P0.05,有差異性。結(jié)論:以滋補(bǔ)肝腎法為治則的滋陰安神顆粒治療組在臨床療效、中醫(yī)癥候積分和PSQI積分及總分均優(yōu)于百樂眠膠囊對照組,在改善失眠、脅肋隱痛、腰膝酸軟、心煩、顴紅盜汗、舌紅苔少、脈細(xì)數(shù)等方面療效顯著,且未見不良反應(yīng)及副作用。說明滋補(bǔ)肝腎法是治療老年性失眠癥(肝腎陰虛型)的有效方法,值得進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Anshen granule (ZYANShen) on senile insomnia (deficiency of liver and kidney yin). Methods: 70 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups: group A (group A) and group A (35 cases). There were 35 cases in control group (group B). Group A: 1 bag of Ziyin Anshen granule / 150 ml / time water was taken twice a day, afternoon, after supper, group B was given 4 capsules of Baile Mian capsule once a day, midday, oral after supper. The two groups were treated with 10 days as a course of treatment, 3 courses of treatment were observed, and other related drugs were stopped during the treatment period. In this study, Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) score and TCM syndrome score were used as clinical evaluation criteria. Results: there were 70 cases in the study group and 0 cases in the abscission and elimination cases. The compliance of the two groups was good. After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical effect analysis, the TCM syndromes effect, the total integral of TCM symptom PSQI and the total score of PSQI were compared between the two groups, and the results showed that the curative effect of group A was better than that of group B after three courses of treatment, and the results showed that the effect of group A was better than that of group B. Comparison of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese Medicine in two groups after treatment: group A was superior to group B in improving insomnia, loin and rib pain, sore waist and knee, five upset heat, zygomatic red night sweat, less tongue red fur, and pulse count symptom. Conclusion: the treatment group of Ziyin Anshen granule with nourishing liver and kidney as the treatment principle is superior to the control group in clinical curative effect, symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine, PSQI integral and total score. It can improve insomnia, rib pain, sore waist and knee, upset, zygomatic red night sweat. There were no side effects and side effects in the aspects of tongue red fur, pulse count and so on. It shows that the method of nourishing liver and kidney is an effective method to treat senile insomnia (liver and kidney yin deficiency type), which is worthy of further study.
