【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)藥治療急性放射性肺損傷的療效。方法 50例急性放射性肺損傷患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,包括中醫(yī)治療組及西醫(yī)對(duì)照組各25例,中醫(yī)治療組根據(jù)辨證論治分為肺燥陰虧和瘀血內(nèi)阻兩個(gè)亞組,分別予1號(hào)、2號(hào)中藥免煎顆粒治療。西醫(yī)對(duì)照組治療藥物為西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,以糖皮質(zhì)激素為主。結(jié)果中醫(yī)治療組與西醫(yī)對(duì)照組有效率分別為72.00%(18/25)和84.00%(21/25)。兩組間有效率相當(dāng),比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.306,P0.05)。結(jié)論該研究表明單純的中醫(yī)藥治療1、2度急性放射性肺損傷與西醫(yī)治療組療效相當(dāng),對(duì)于1、2級(jí)急性放射性肺損傷的治療,中醫(yī)藥治療不失為一個(gè)好的選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on acute radiation-induced lung injury. Methods Fifty patients with acute radiation-induced lung injury were randomly divided into two groups, including the TCM treatment group (n = 25) and the western medicine control group (n = 25). The TCM treatment group was divided into two subgroups according to syndrome differentiation: lung dryness deficiency and internal obstruction of blood stasis. They were treated with No.1 and No.2 decoction granules respectively. Western medicine control group for routine western medicine treatment, mainly glucocorticoid. Results the effective rates of TCM treatment group and western medicine control group were 72.00% (18 / 25) and 84.00% (21 / 25) respectively. The effective rate was similar between the two groups, the comparison had no statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion this study shows that the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine alone is comparable to that of western medicine group, and it is a good choice for the treatment of acute radiation-induced lung injury of grade 1 or 2.
