【摘要】：吳鞠通在《溫病條辨》中提出濕溫病"禁潤"一說,認(rèn)為濕溫初起"潤之則病深不解"。據(jù)此后人在濕溫及濕熱病論治時(shí),多畏陰柔滋潤之藥會(huì)導(dǎo)致病邪入里而難治,對滋陰藥的使用與否往往存在爭議。臨證中濕熱、濕溫兼見陰傷者并不罕見,故據(jù)多位名醫(yī)之論述并結(jié)合筆者臨證觀察與導(dǎo)師臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),認(rèn)為濕熱、濕溫并非禁用滋陰藥,且合理使用滋陰藥有助于除濕熱,并對濕熱病證兼夾"陰虛"之機(jī)理進(jìn)行論述,探討了滋陰藥在濕熱病證中的運(yùn)用原則和方法。
[Abstract]:Wu Jutong put forward the theory of "forbidding moisturization" of wet febrile disease in differentiation of febrile disease, and thought that "moisturizing it at the beginning of wet temperature is deeply puzzling". Therefore, when treating dampness temperature and damp-heat disease, the medicine of fear of yin softness and moisturizing will lead to disease evil and difficult to cure, and the use of nourishing yin medicine is often controversial. It is not rare to see dampness and heat and dampness temperature in the clinical syndrome. Therefore, according to the exposition of many famous doctors and combined with the clinical experience of the author and the tutor, it is considered that damp-heat and dampness temperature are not forbidden drugs for nourishing yin, and the rational use of the medicine for nourishing Yin can help to remove dampness and heat. The mechanism of damp-heat syndrome and Yin deficiency is discussed, and the application principle and method of nourishing yin medicine in damp-heat syndrome are discussed.
