【摘要】：目的:本研究選取大腸之背俞穴、募穴、下合穴(大腸俞、天樞、上巨虛),采用針刺和熱敏灸療法,治療功能性腹瀉,比較觀察兩種療法治療功能性腹瀉的療效,期望為臨床醫(yī)師提供可靠依據(jù)以采取更佳治療方案、增強臨床療效。方法:納入符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的功能性腹瀉患者50例,隨機(jī)分為針刺組25例和熱敏灸組25例,熱敏灸組脫落2例。針刺組給予普通針刺配合電針治療,熱敏灸組給予熱敏灸療法治療,治療時間都為4周。采用“功能性腹瀉日記卡”,分別對兩組患者基線期、入組后第2周、第4周、第8周的周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀積分、正常排便天數(shù)進(jìn)行評價,以評估臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.兩組功能性腹瀉患者在性別、年齡、病程方面,比較無顯著性差異(P0.05),可比性較強;2.兩組組內(nèi)比較,對入組后第2周、第4周、第8周的周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀改變及正常排便維持時間進(jìn)行評估,各項結(jié)果均有顯著差異(P0.05);3.兩組組間比較,同一療效評估點在改善周排便次數(shù)及糞便性狀方面的比較有顯著差異(P0.05)。且熱敏灸組優(yōu)于針刺組。結(jié)論:針刺療法和熱敏灸療法治療功能性腹瀉均有較好療效,患者的臨床癥狀均可得到一定程度改善,且熱敏灸組優(yōu)于針刺組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and thermosensitive moxibustion on functional diarrhea by selecting the points of large intestine at the back of the intestine, raising the points, and the points of the lower joint (Dachang Yu, Tianshu, Shangjixu), and observing the therapeutic effects of the two kinds of therapy on the functional diarrhea, and to compare the therapeutic effects of the two methods in the treatment of functional diarrhea. It is expected to provide reliable basis for clinicians to adopt better treatment plan and enhance clinical efficacy. Methods: 50 patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n = 25), heat sensitive moxibustion group (n = 25) and heat sensitive moxibustion group (n = 2). The acupuncture group was treated with common acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture, and the heat sensitive moxibustion group was treated with thermosensitive moxibustion for 4 weeks. Functional diarrhea Diary Card was used to evaluate the baseline period, the weekly defecation times, the fecal traits score and the normal defecation days in the second, fourth and eighth weeks after entering the group, respectively, in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy. The result is 1: 1. There was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups (P0.05). The number of times of defecation, the change of fecal traits and the time of maintenance of normal defecation in the second, fourth and eighth weeks after entering the group were evaluated. The results were significantly different (P0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of weekly defecation frequency and fecal traits at the same therapeutic evaluation point (P0.05). The heat sensitive moxibustion group was superior to the acupuncture group. Conclusion: both acupuncture and thermosensitive moxibustion are effective in the treatment of functional diarrhea, and the clinical symptoms of the patients can be improved to some extent, and the thermosensitive moxibustion group is superior to the acupuncture group.
