【摘要】：動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化(AS)作為引發(fā)心腦血管疾病的前期病理基礎(chǔ)一直備受關(guān)注,但如何運(yùn)用中醫(yī)解釋、治療AS領(lǐng)域仍較少涉及。結(jié)合AS病因、臨床表現(xiàn)等,對(duì)比中醫(yī)"痰核"理論、源流、病機(jī),經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)臨床實(shí)踐及科學(xué)研究后,認(rèn)為AS斑塊屬于中醫(yī)學(xué)"痰核"范疇,提出"脈生痰核"理論,以順氣勻血、化痰散結(jié)法為主,指導(dǎo)中醫(yī)藥防治AS,取得了臨床療效和學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展,并形成一套適應(yīng)癥廣泛有效的治療方劑群。
[Abstract]:Atherosclerosis (as) is the early pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. However, how to use Chinese medicine to explain how to treat as is still less involved. Combining with the etiology and clinical manifestation of as, comparing the theory of sputum nucleus, origin and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, after repeated clinical practice and scientific research, it is considered that atherosclerotic plaque belongs to the category of sputum nucleus in traditional Chinese medicine, and the theory of "sputum nucleus caused by pulse" is put forward. The clinical curative effect and academic progress were obtained by using the method of shun qi and blood and phlegm dispersing to guide the prevention and treatment of ASS, and a set of effective prescriptions for treating ASS with wide and effective indications were formed.
