【摘要】：目的:本臨床研究通過觀察針刺治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的臨床療效,為該療法的推廣應(yīng)用提供可靠的理論及療效依據(jù)。方法:篩選前往黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬二院婦一科就診的符合入組條件病例120例,按入組先后順序隨機(jī)分為兩組,(A)治療組和(B)對照組,每組60例患者。治療組給予針刺治療,對照組給予口服布洛芬顆粒,分別觀察6個(gè)月經(jīng)治療前后疼痛指標(biāo)變化及癥狀積分變化,并進(jìn)行組間對比,并觀察其安全性,隨訪3個(gè)月后情況。結(jié)果:1、兩組患者治療前后組內(nèi)VAS評分比較(P0.05),兩組均有良好的止痛的作用,針刺治療10min、治療20min VAS讀數(shù)與對照組組間比較(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,表明針刺組的即時(shí)止痛效果優(yōu)于對照組;2、療后針刺組的中醫(yī)癥候評分與對照組比較(P0.01),兩者存在顯著差異,說明在緩解痛經(jīng)的中醫(yī)臨床癥候方面,針刺組優(yōu)于對照組;3、中醫(yī)癥候療效比較:針刺組的總有效率為94.1%,對照組總有效率為73.6%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,兩組組間療效差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,針刺組的中醫(yī)癥候療效明顯高于對照組。結(jié)論:1、針刺治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)可明顯緩解患者疼痛程度,其即時(shí)止痛效果優(yōu)于布洛芬。2、針刺治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的中醫(yī)癥狀改善療效優(yōu)于布洛芬。3、本法安全有效,實(shí)用性強(qiáng),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea and to provide reliable theoretical and curative basis for its popularization. Methods: one hundred and twenty patients who were admitted to the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups:, (A) treatment group and (B) control group with 60 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and the control group was given ibuprofen granules. The changes of pain index and symptom score were observed before and after 6 months of treatment. Results the scores of VAS in the two groups were compared before and after treatment (P0.05). Both groups had good analgesic effect. The reading of 20min VAS in acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in control group for 10 min (P0.05). The results showed that the immediate analgesic effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the control group, and the TCM symptom score of the acupuncture group was significantly different from that of the control group (P0.01), which indicated that the TCM clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea could be alleviated. The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 94.1 and the total effective rate of control group was 73.6.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant. The curative effect of TCM symptom in acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion the effect of acupuncture on patients with primary dysmenorrhea is better than that of ibuprofen. 2. The effect of acupuncture on improving symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea is better than that of ibuprofen. 3. This method is safe, effective and practical. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
