【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察滋陰消癭方聯(lián)合甲巰咪唑片對(duì)甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥肝腎陰虛、毒損纓絡(luò)證患者的臨床癥狀、體征及實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)的影響,客觀探討其治療病的臨床療效及安全性。方法:將肝腎陰虛、毒損纓絡(luò)證的甲亢患者60例按隨機(jī)分配為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組為30例。治療組使用滋陰消癭方聯(lián)合甲巰咪唑片治療,滋陰消癭方顆粒劑沖服l00ml,每次50ml,日2次;甲巰咪唑片,10-20mg日2次口服。對(duì)照組單純使用甲巰咪唑片治療,藥物廠家、規(guī)格,服用方法、療程同前。治療時(shí)間30天為一個(gè)療程。治療3個(gè)療程后,觀察治療前后患者的臨床癥狀、體征,實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo),臨床療效及并進(jìn)行安全性檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)3個(gè)療程后,結(jié)果顯示治療組綜合療效總有效率為90.00%;對(duì)照組綜合療效總有效率為73.33%;治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療前后甲狀腺功能、中醫(yī)證候療效比較,治療組與對(duì)照組差異具有顯著性,P0.05。提示中藥治療組能明顯改善臨床癥狀,療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:滋陰消癭方聯(lián)合甲巰咪唑片治療甲亢效果確切,可有效改善甲狀腺功能,效果優(yōu)于單純應(yīng)用甲巰咪唑片。滋陰消癭方聯(lián)合甲巰咪唑片可顯著改善甲亢患者中醫(yī)臨床癥狀。通過(guò)此項(xiàng)研究,證實(shí)毒損纓絡(luò)理論在臨床上具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值,值得進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effects of Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with mercapto tablet on the clinical symptoms, physical signs and laboratory indexes of patients with hyperthyroidism with liver-kidney yin deficiency and toxic damage and tassel collaterals, and to explore objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods: sixty cases of hyperthyroidism with deficiency of liver and kidney yin and toxin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with methimidazole tablet. Ziyin xiaoying prescription granule was given orally at 50 ml twice a day and 10-20 mg of methimidazole tablet twice a day. The control group was only treated with methimazole tablets, drug manufacturers, specifications, taking methods, the course of treatment was the same as before. The treatment time was 30 days as a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory indexes, clinical efficacy and safety of the patients before and after treatment were observed. Results: after three courses of treatment, the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33.The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. Thyroid function and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). It is suggested that the treatment group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect is better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Ziyin Xiaoying prescription combined with mercapto tablet is effective in treating hyperthyroidism and can effectively improve thyroid function. Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with mercapto tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism patients. Through this study, it is proved that the theory of toxic tassel has certain practical value in clinic, and it is worthy of further study.
