【摘要】：鑒于不同發(fā)病機(jī)理的痤瘡其特征不同,痤瘡的治療也應(yīng)結(jié)合個(gè)體體質(zhì)差異分析病因,辨證施治,有的放矢地選擇藥物.在祛痘化妝品的開(kāi)發(fā)中,應(yīng)以中醫(yī)理論為指導(dǎo),針對(duì)肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱、濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)、痰瘀凝結(jié)、沖任不調(diào)等不同類(lèi)型痤瘡的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)痤瘡功效產(chǎn)品;在組方時(shí)還應(yīng)遵循配方君臣佐使的科學(xué)配伍思想,發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥在治療痤瘡方面療效明顯、副作用少等優(yōu)勢(shì).
[Abstract]:In view of the different characteristics of acne with different pathogenesis, the treatment of acne should be combined with individual physical differences to analyze the etiology, syndrome differentiation and treatment, targeted drug selection. In the development of acne removing cosmetics, we should take the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the guide, and design the acne efficacy products according to the characteristics of different types of acne, such as wind heat, dampness and heat accumulation, phlegm and blood stasis condensation and non-adjustment. The prescription should follow the scientific compatibility thought of the formula monarch and minister to give play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne, such as obvious curative effect, less side effects and so on.
