【摘要】：社會(huì)文化屬性是疾病的特征之一,醫(yī)學(xué)人類學(xué)的“疾病敘事”與“解釋模式”為疾病研究提供了路徑�；谏鐣�(huì)文化情境中的疾病分類、診斷、治療實(shí)踐,在與生物醫(yī)學(xué)的風(fēng)濕病診療互動(dòng)中,涼山彝族產(chǎn)生了與風(fēng)濕病相對(duì)應(yīng)的“斯色那”診療的疾病隱喻與本土邏輯。涼山彝族“斯色那”診療實(shí)踐為我們從地方性經(jīng)驗(yàn)中的民族醫(yī)學(xué)療效,儀式治療類民族醫(yī)學(xué)體系在醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系中的地位,以患者為中心的多元醫(yī)療體系建構(gòu)方面思考民族醫(yī)學(xué)的價(jià)值提供了典型案例。
[Abstract]:Sociocultural attribute is one of the characteristics of disease. The "disease narrative" and "explanation mode" of medical anthropology provide the path for disease research. Based on the classification, diagnosis and treatment of diseases in social and cultural situations, in the interaction with biomedical rheumatism diagnosis and treatment, the Yi nationality of Liangshan produces the disease metaphor and native logic of diagnosis and treatment corresponding to rheumatism. The practice of diagnosis and treatment of the Yi nationality in Liangshan is the status of the ethnic medicine system of ritual therapy in the medical service system from the local experience. Thinking about the value of national medicine provides a typical case for the construction of patient-centered pluralistic medical system.
