藏藥印度獐牙菜抗四氯化碳誘導(dǎo)的大鼠肝纖維化的作用

【摘要】:目的:觀察印度獐牙菜對四氯化碳(CCl4)所致大鼠肝纖維化的防治作用。方法:32只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為空白組、模型組、印度獐牙菜組、陽性藥組。除空白組外,各組大鼠腹腔注射40%CCl4/橄欖油溶液2m L/kg,每周2次,連續(xù)7周誘導(dǎo)肝纖維化。造模同時(shí),給藥組大鼠灌胃相應(yīng)藥物干預(yù)8周。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,觀察肝組織病理學(xué)變化;測定血清透明質(zhì)酸(HA)、層粘連蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前膠原(PCⅢ)和Ⅳ型膠原蛋白(ColⅣ)水平以及丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、總膽紅素(TBIL)含量。結(jié)果:與空白組比較,模型組可見明顯肝纖維化病理改變,AST、ALT、ALP和TBIL水平明顯升高(P0.05),HA、LN、PCⅢ和ColⅣ含量顯著增高(P0.01);與模型組比較,印度獐牙菜組肝纖維化病理程度減輕,肝功能指標(biāo)改善明顯,ALT、TBIL水平顯著降低(P0.05),AST、ALP水平呈下降趨勢,HA、LN、PC及ColⅣ含量顯著下降(P0.01)。結(jié)論:印度獐牙菜具有較好的抗肝纖維化作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of India Swertia on hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rats. Methods: 32 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, India Swertia group, positive drug group. Except for the blank group, the rats were intraperitoneally injected with 40%CCl4/ olive oil 2m L/kg, and the liver fibrosis was induced for 7 weeks in a week. The rats in the drug group were treated with corresponding drug intervention for 8 weeks. After the experiment, the pathological changes of liver tissues were observed. Serum hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type III procollagen (PC III) and type IV collagen (Col IV), alanine aminotransferase (AST), ALP (ALP), total bilirubin, and total bilirubin were measured. Results: compared with the blank group, the pathological changes of liver fibrosis were obvious in the model group, and the levels of AST, ALT, ALP and TBIL increased significantly (P0.05), HA, LN, PC III and Col IV increased significantly (P0.01). Compared with the model group, the pathological degree of liver fibrosis in India Swertia group was reduced, the liver function index was obviously improved, ALT, levels decreased significantly. 0.05) the level of AST and ALP showed a downward trend, while the contents of HA, LN, PC and Col IV decreased significantly (P0.01). Conclusion: Swertia India has a good anti hepatic fibrosis effect.
