【摘要】：文章對(duì)經(jīng)方醫(yī)學(xué)理論的源流與發(fā)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,總結(jié)經(jīng)方理論發(fā)展的三大階段:(1)西漢時(shí)期,經(jīng)方理論是以陰陽表里虛實(shí)辨外感熱病及以五臟苦欲補(bǔ)瀉為核心辨治內(nèi)傷雜病的樸素辨證法;(2)東漢末年,張仲景在西漢經(jīng)方體系的基礎(chǔ)上形成了系統(tǒng)完備的三陰三陽辨證法;(3)唐代以后,經(jīng)方理論以三綱學(xué)說為發(fā)展主線,至明清時(shí)期,圍繞三綱學(xué)說的是非,經(jīng)方形成了三大主要流派。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically combs the origin and development of the medical theory of the classics prescription, and summarizes the three stages of the development of the theory: (1) the Western Han Dynasty; The theory of Meridian prescription is a simple dialectical method of differentiating external febrile diseases from yin and yang, deficiency and reality, and treating internal injury and miscellaneous diseases with five viscera bitter desire and diarrhea as the core. (2) the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, On the basis of the system of classical prescription in the Western Han Dynasty, Zhang Zhongjing formed a systematic and complete dialectical method of three yin and three yang. (3) after the Tang Dynasty, the theory of "three main principles" was taken as the main line of development, and during the Ming and Qing dynasties, it revolved around the theory of "three principles". The classics formed three major schools of thought.
