【摘要】：目的:評估社區(qū)中醫(yī)綜合療法治療非急性缺血性腦卒中的可行性及療效。方法:選擇浦東新區(qū)惠南社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心針灸科門診病人30例作為觀察組,浦東新區(qū)光明中醫(yī)醫(yī)院針灸科門診病人30例作為對照組。對照組采取針刺治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合中藥湯劑及棍棒操進行治療,于治療前及治療1、2個療程后應(yīng)用簡化Fugl-Meyer運動功能評分法、Barthel指數(shù)、改良Rankin量表及SS-QOL量表對兩組患者療效進行評定與比較。結(jié)果:兩組治療前的簡化Fugl-Meyer評分、Barthel指數(shù)、改良Rankin量表評分、SS-QOL評分無顯著差異(均P0.05);治療1個及2個療程后,兩組Fugl-Meyer評分、Barthel指數(shù)、SS-QOL評分均升高,改良Rankin量表評分降低,前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05),同時觀察組治療1個及2個療程后的Fugl-Meyer評分、Barthel指數(shù)、SSQOL評分高于對照組(均P0.05),改良Rankin量表評分低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:社區(qū)中醫(yī)綜合療法在非急性缺血性腦卒中患者中的應(yīng)用可改善患者肢體障礙與日常生活能力,提高生活質(zhì)量,且易于實現(xiàn),可在患者出院提供持續(xù)治療,可行性高,具有較大推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of community integrated therapy for non-acute ischemic stroke. Methods: thirty outpatients of acupuncture and moxibustion department in Huinan Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District were selected as observation group and 30 patients as control group in Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Guangming traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Pudong New District. The control group was treated with acupuncture, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and club exercises on the basis of the control group, and the Barthel index was evaluated by the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scoring method before treatment and after 1 and 2 courses of treatment. The modified Rankin scale and SS-QOL scale were used to evaluate and compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in the simplified Fugl-Meyer score and the modified Rankin scale score and the SS-QOL score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05), but after one and two courses of treatment, the SS-QOL scores of the two groups increased and the modified Rankin scale decreased. At the same time, the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index (SSQOL) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05), and the modified Rankin scale score was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of community TCM comprehensive therapy in patients with non-acute ischemic stroke can improve the limb dysfunction and daily living ability, improve the quality of life, and be easy to realize. It is worth popularizing.
