【摘要】：目的:通過觀察督灸和口服中成藥對產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證的影響,證實督灸治療產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證的有效性,從而指導(dǎo)臨床應(yīng)用。方法:篩選產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證患者60例,隨機分為督灸組(觀察組)和藥物組(對照組),每組各30例。督灸組以督灸治療,10天治療一次,3次為一療程;藥物組以口服中成藥治療,一月為一療程,兩個療程后,觀察并記錄兩組產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證患者治療前后的癥狀量化評分,進而比較兩種治療方法對產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證的癥狀改善程度。結(jié)果:督灸組及藥物組自身前后癥狀積分比較,均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),兩組治療后癥狀積分比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),兩組治療后主癥單項積分比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05),督灸組總有效率為96.67%,藥物組總有效率為82.76%,兩組癥候總療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:督灸及藥物對產(chǎn)后風(fēng)濕痹證的癥狀均有明顯改善作用,但督灸療法效果更加顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of du moxibustion and oral Chinese patent medicine on postpartum rheumatism arthralgia syndrome, and to confirm the effectiveness of du moxibustion in treating postpartum rheumatism arthralgia syndrome, so as to guide clinical application. Methods: 60 cases of postpartum rheumatism arthralgia syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (observation group) and the drug group (control group), with 30 cases in each group. The group of du moxibustion was treated with du moxibustion for 10 days as a course of treatment, the drug group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine for one course of treatment, and after two courses of treatment, the scores of symptoms before and after treatment were observed and recorded in two groups of patients with arthralgia syndrome of postpartum rheumatism. Then compare the two treatment methods to improve the symptoms of postpartum rheumatism arthralgia syndrome. Results: the scores of symptoms before and after the moxibustion group and the drug group were compared. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate was 96.67g in the moxibustion group, 82.76g in the drug group, and 82.76g in the drug group. There was significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the symptoms of postpartum rheumatism arthralgia syndrome can be improved obviously by du moxibustion and drugs, but the effect of du moxibustion therapy is more remarkable.
