【摘要】：目的:觀察足三里穴位自血和0.9%Na Cl溶液注射對原發(fā)性卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能的影響。方法:將60例卵巢功能不全患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組30例。觀察組使用自體靜脈血行足三里穴位注射治療,對照組予觀察組同等體積0.9%Na Cl溶液行足三里穴位注射治療。1周1次,療程均為3個月。分別于治療前及治療1個月后、2個月后、3個月后檢測患者卵巢功能,主要包括卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2),并比較治療前后子宮內(nèi)膜厚度及兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果:與治療前比較,觀察組治療1個月后FSH降低(P0.05),治療2個月后、治療3個月后FSH、LH均降低(均P0.05),E2均升高(均P0.05);與治療1個月后比較,治療2個月后、治療3個月后FSH、LH均降低(均P0.05),E2均升高(均P0.05);與治療2個月后比較,治療3個月后FSH降低(P0.05),E2升高(P0.05)。對照組血清各指標治療前后比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05)。與對照組比較,觀察組治療1個月后FSH,治療2個月后及治療3個月后FSH、LH、E2,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05)。與治療前比較,觀察組治療后子宮內(nèi)膜厚度增加(P0.05),對照組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度治療前后差值大于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組與對照組臨床有效率分別為83.3%(25/30)和46.7%(14/30),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:足三里穴位自血注射可明顯改善卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能,促進子宮內(nèi)膜生長。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of Zusanli acupoint self-blood injection and 0.9% NaCl solution injection on ovarian function in patients with primary ovarian insufficiency. Methods: 60 patients with ovarian insufficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Zusanli acupoint injection with autologous venous blood, the control group was treated with the same volume 0.9% NaCl solution for 1 week, the course of treatment was 3 months. Ovarian function was measured before treatment, 1 month after treatment, 2 months after treatment and 3 months after treatment, mainly including follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2). The thickness of endometrium and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: compared with before treatment, FSH decreased after 1 month of treatment in the observation group (P0.05), decreased after 2 months of treatment (P0.05), and increased after 3 months of treatment (P0.05), compared with that after 1 month of treatment (P0.05). After 3 months of treatment, FSH LH decreased (P0.05), estradiol increased (P0.05), compared with 2 months after treatment, FSH decreased (P0.05) and E2 increased (P0.05). There was no significant difference between control group and control group before and after treatment (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group FSH2 after 1 month, 2 months after treatment and 3 months after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the endometrial thickness increased after treatment in the observation group (P0.05), there was no significant difference in the endometrial thickness in the control group (P0.05); the difference in the endometrial thickness before and after treatment in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P0.05). The clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 83.3% (25 / 30) and 46.7% (14 / 30), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Zusanli self-blood injection can obviously improve ovarian function and promote endometrial growth in patients with ovarian insufficiency.
