【摘要】：目的:本研究采取隨機(jī)對照的方法,觀察針刺配合刮痧療法治療梅核氣的臨床療效,進(jìn)而為今后臨床治療梅核氣提供更多的方法和思路。方法:本研究選取2015年12月-2016年12月期間就診于悉尼中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生館的患者,共收集60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的梅核氣患者,其中針刺配合刮痧療法的治療組30例,常規(guī)針刺的對照組30例。兩組均為每周治療兩次,共治療4周。對梅核氣患者的咽部主要癥狀、全身癥狀作為觀察指標(biāo),并對兩組間的療效進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:臨床療效評定比較兩組梅核氣患者治療后的臨床療效評定方面比較:針刺配合刮痧療法的治療組總有效率達(dá)到93.33%;常規(guī)針刺的對照組總有效率為73.33%;經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),z=-2.57,P=0.01,差別存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的意義(P0.05)。治療前、后評分的組內(nèi)比較針刺配合刮痧組梅核氣患者治療前、后咽部主要癥狀評分經(jīng)2相關(guān)樣本非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),有明顯差異(P0.01);針刺配合刮痧組梅核氣患者治療前、后全身癥狀評分經(jīng)配對t檢驗(yàn),有明顯差異(P0.01)。常規(guī)針刺組梅核氣患者治療前、后咽部主要癥狀評分經(jīng)2相關(guān)樣本非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),有明顯差異(P0.01);常規(guī)針刺組梅核氣患者治療前、后全身癥狀評分經(jīng)配對t檢驗(yàn),有明顯差別(P0.01)。治療后組間評分比較兩組咽部主要癥狀評分治療前后的差值經(jīng)2獨(dú)立樣本非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),差異有意義(P0.01)。兩組全身癥狀評分治療前后的差值經(jīng)獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),差異有意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果表明,常規(guī)針刺法及針刺配合刮痧療法對于緩解梅核氣患者的咽部主要癥狀和全身癥狀均有一定療效。但針刺配合刮痧療法的臨床療效比常規(guī)針刺法更為顯著。說明針刺配合刮痧療法具有一定的臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with scraping therapy in the treatment of Meimei nuclear gas, and to provide more methods and ideas for future clinical treatment. Methods: from December 2015 to December 2016, 60 patients with Meimei gas were collected, including 30 patients in the treatment group who were treated with acupuncture combined with scraping therapy. 30 cases of control group were treated with routine acupuncture. The two groups were treated twice a week for 4 weeks. The main pharynx symptoms and systemic symptoms of Meinnuchi patients were observed and compared with each other. Results: comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation between the two groups: the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with scraping therapy group was 93.33; the total effective rate of routine acupuncture control group was 73.33; and the rank sum test was used. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of the main symptoms of the posterior pharynx between the acupuncture and scraping group before treatment (P0.01), and before the treatment of the patients with nuclear gas in the group of acupuncture and scraping, there was a significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms of the posterior pharynx (P0.01). There was significant difference in the score of post-systemic symptoms by paired t test (P0.01). Before and after treatment, the scores of main symptoms in the posterior pharynx in the routine acupuncture group were significantly different from those in the control group (P0.01), and the scores of systemic symptoms in the routine acupuncture group were significantly different before and after the treatment (P0.01). After treatment, the difference of the main symptoms of pharynx between the two groups before and after treatment was tested by 2 independent samples, and the difference was significant (P0.01). The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the results showed that routine acupuncture and acupuncture combined with scraping therapy were effective in relieving the main pharynx symptoms and systemic symptoms. But the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with scraping therapy was more obvious than that of routine acupuncture. It shows that acupuncture combined with scraping therapy has certain clinical popularization value.
