【摘要】：目的觀察針刺配合活化器整脊技術(activator method chiropractic technique,AMCT)治療腰椎小關節(jié)紊亂的臨床療效。方法將40例腰椎小關節(jié)紊亂患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組20例。治療組采用針刺配合AMCT治療,對照組采用單純AMCT治療。治療3次后觀察兩組治療前后VAS評分及日本骨科協(xié)會評估治療分數(JOA評分)變化情況,并比較兩組臨床療效。結果兩組治療后即時及治療3次后VAS評分和JOA評分與同組治療前比較,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后即時及治療3次后VAS評分和JOA評分與對照組比較,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組總有效率為90.0%,對照組為60.0%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后3個月復發(fā)率為22.2%,對照組為50.0%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論針刺配合AMCT是一種治療腰椎小關節(jié)紊亂的有效方法 。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with (activator method chiropractic technique in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder. Methods 40 patients with lumbar facet joint disorder were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with AMCT, while the control group was treated with simple AMCT. The changes of VAS score and JOA score before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results VAS scores and JOA scores were significantly different between the two groups immediately after treatment and 3 times after treatment (P0.05). The VAS scores and JOA scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0 and in the control group was 60.0.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The recurrence rate was 22.2g in the treatment group and 50.0g in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with AMCT is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder.
