【摘要】：清濁與逆順是對(duì)營(yíng)氣與衛(wèi)氣屬性的進(jìn)一步揭示。清濁揭示了營(yíng)氣與衛(wèi)氣的來(lái)源及活動(dòng)區(qū)域。五臟法地為陰、清,營(yíng)血出五臟,走脈中,故"清者為營(yíng)"。六腑象天為陽(yáng)、濁,衛(wèi)氣出六腑,走脈外肌膚腠理,故"濁者為衛(wèi)"。順逆揭示了營(yíng)氣與衛(wèi)氣活動(dòng)區(qū)域及方式的不同:營(yíng)氣在脈內(nèi)循十二經(jīng)絡(luò)順行,日陽(yáng)的時(shí)候隨衛(wèi)氣由內(nèi)而外,夜陰的時(shí)候攜衛(wèi)氣由外而內(nèi),三陰脈三陽(yáng)脈相貫,如環(huán)無(wú)端。衛(wèi)氣乃水谷之悍氣,其日陽(yáng)由五臟徑出于目,目張而陽(yáng)氣散,夜陰入五臟。清陰營(yíng)氣、濁陽(yáng)衛(wèi)氣相隨乃為順,清濁相干則為逆,逆則為病。
[Abstract]:To clear turbidity and reverse Shun is to further reveal the attributes of Ying Qi and Wei Qi. The clear turbidity revealed the source and the active region of Ying Qi and Wei Qi. Five viscera method for Yin, Qing, Ying blood out of the five Zang-organs, go in the pulse, so "Qing is the camp." The six-Fu organs like the sky for yang, turbid, Wei qi out of the six-Fu, outside the pulse skin striae, so "turbid for the Wei." It reveals the difference between the region and mode of activity of Ying Qi and Wei Qi: Ying Qi follows 12 meridians and collaterals in the pulse, the day and yang follow the Wei Qi from inside to outside, the night Yin brings the Wei qi inside from outside, and the three yin veins and three yang veins intersect, such as ring without reason. Wei Qi is the intrepid qi of the water valley, its day-yang from the five-visceral path out of the eye, eyes and Yang Qi scattered, night Yin into the five viscera. Qing Yin Ying Qi, turbid Yang Wei Qi with each other is smooth, clear turbidity coherent is inverse, inverse is disease.
