【摘要】：目的:觀察新型灸療器治療腰痛的臨床療效,并與TDP治療儀比較,評(píng)價(jià)新型灸療器治療腰痛的療效,提供一種治療腰痛的新方法。方法:采用隨機(jī)的方法將200例腰痛患者分為新型灸療器治療組、TDP對(duì)照組,每組100例,30 min/次,2次/d,5 d為1個(gè)療程,療程間隔1 d,治療8個(gè)療程,隨訪2個(gè)月。分別于治療前后采用VAS評(píng)分,觀察比較兩組的臨床療效并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:灸療器治療組顯效55例,有效37例,無(wú)效8例,總有效率92%;TDP對(duì)照組顯效50例,有效40例,無(wú)效10例,總有效率90%。結(jié)論:新型灸療器治療腰痛效果較好,是治療本病的一種簡(jiǎn)便易行、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的有效方法,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of the new type moxibustion apparatus in the treatment of low back pain, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the new type moxibustion apparatus on low back pain and to provide a new method for the treatment of low back pain. Methods: 200 patients with low back pain were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with new type moxibustion device and the control group was treated with TDP. The patients in each group were divided into two groups: one course of treatment, eight courses of treatment, and two months follow-up. VAS scores were used before and after treatment to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: in the moxibustion treatment group, 55 cases were effective, 37 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92% TDP in 50 cases, effective in 40 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion: the new type moxibustion apparatus is a simple, economical and effective method for the treatment of low back pain, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
