【摘要】：依據(jù)"臟腑之精"和"臟腑之氣"的內(nèi)涵,提出了中醫(yī)"臟腑之精化生臟腑之氣"的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)的假說(shuō)。"臟腑之精"的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)主要體現(xiàn)為臟腑的所有細(xì)胞和由細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)、組織液及細(xì)胞間信號(hào)分子等組成的細(xì)胞微環(huán)境的有機(jī)集合;而"臟腑之氣"的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)主要涉及不斷運(yùn)動(dòng)、相互作用、共同完成分子水平做功或能量轉(zhuǎn)化的細(xì)胞特殊蛋白質(zhì)、生物小分子及三磷酸腺苷。在上述假說(shuō)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)闡述"臟腑之精化生臟腑之氣"的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)機(jī)制,揭示其現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)原理,探討補(bǔ)氣中藥通過(guò)影響細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)途徑發(fā)揮補(bǔ)氣功效的作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:According to the connotation of "the essence of the zang-fu organs" and "the qi of the zang-fu organs", this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the modern medical essence of "the refinement of the zang-fu organs to generate the zang-fu qi". The modern medical essence of "the essence of zang-fu organs" is mainly embodied in the organic collection of all the cells of the viscera and the cellular microenvironment composed of extracellular matrix, tissue fluid and intercellular signaling molecules. The modern medical essence of "qi of zang-fu organs" is mainly related to the continuous movement, interaction and joint work at the molecular level to complete the work or energy conversion of specific cellular proteins, biological small molecules and adenosine triphosphate. On the basis of the above hypothesis, this paper expounds the modern medical mechanism of "the refinement of the zang-fu organs to generate the qi of the zang-fu organs", reveals its modern medical principle, and probes into the mechanism of the effect of tonifying qi by affecting the pathway of cellular signal transduction.
