【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)助陽補(bǔ)肺除痹顆粒在中醫(yī)辨證屬于肺腎虧虛,寒瘀阻絡(luò)證的慢性阻塞性肺疾病穩(wěn)定期(III級(jí))治療中的優(yōu)勢(shì),觀察其有效性,探尋更好的臨床治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的方法,從而進(jìn)一步提高中醫(yī)藥治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床療效。方法:將72例來源于長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2014-2015年門診和療區(qū),確診為慢阻肺穩(wěn)定期(III級(jí))患者的患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各36例。治療組用助陽補(bǔ)肺除痹顆粒聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松粉吸入劑(舒利迭)治療,對(duì)照組用沙美特羅替卡松粉吸入劑(舒利迭)治療,療程為4周,通過對(duì)臨床癥狀、呼吸困難指數(shù)、六分鐘步行試驗(yàn)以及肺功能前后變化情況的評(píng)估,比較治療組和對(duì)照組的療效差異,最終得出客觀的結(jié)論。結(jié)果:助陽補(bǔ)肺除痹顆粒聯(lián)合舒利迭組有效率為86.11%,西藥對(duì)照組有效率為72.22%,兩組對(duì)比統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上有明顯差異(P0.05),說明治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組療效。結(jié)論:助陽補(bǔ)肺除痹顆粒聯(lián)合舒利迭能有效地治療慢阻肺定期(III級(jí)),并且較單純應(yīng)用舒利迭,能更加有效的緩解慢阻肺咳嗽、喘促、咯痰、畏寒等癥狀、增加六分鐘步行距離、減輕呼吸困難程度,具有更好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the advantages of Zhuyang Bufei debi granule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (class III) with syndrome differentiation of deficiency of lung and kidney and obstruction of collaterals by cold and blood stasis, and to observe its effectiveness. To explore a better clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, so as to further improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Seventy-two patients from the outpatient department and treatment area of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The treatment group was treated with Zhuyang Bufei debi granule combined with salmeterolticasone powder inhalation (sulide), while the control group was treated with salmeterolticasone powder inhalation (sullide) for 4 weeks. The index of dyspnea was determined by clinical symptoms. The six minute walking test and the evaluation of lung function before and after, the curative effect difference between the treatment group and the control group was compared, and the objective conclusion was reached. Results: the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11, and that of the western medicine control group was 72.22. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the combination of Zhuyang Bufei debi granule and sulipid can effectively treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (stage III), and it can relieve cough, asthma, phlegm, chills and other symptoms more effectively, and increase the walking distance of six minutes, compared with the simple application of Shulide, and can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic obstructive lung, such as cough, shortness of breath, phlegm, chills and so on. Reduce the degree of dyspnea, has a better clinical effect.
