【摘要】：《時(shí)病論》為清末著名溫病學(xué)家雷豐的代表著作,是一部全面總結(jié)外感時(shí)病證治的專書。雷氏兼參先圣后賢之訓(xùn),薈萃百家之長,積平生之心得方撰此書。本書學(xué)術(shù)思想深受《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(以下簡稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)影響,而其中的知時(shí)論治、辨體立法則是對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中"三因制宜"思想的繼承與發(fā)揮,充分體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)辨治過程中原則性與靈活性的巧妙融合。故主要以《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中"三因制宜"思想為基礎(chǔ),從因時(shí)、因人、因地三方面對《時(shí)病論》中相關(guān)內(nèi)容及理論內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:It is the representative work of Lei Feng, a famous febrile scientist in the late Qing Dynasty. It is a special book for summing up the syndromes and treatment of exogenous diseases. Ray and the first after the sage of the teachings, a collection of hundreds of schools of learning, production of the experience of life to write this book. The academic thought of this book is deeply influenced by the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" (hereinafter referred to as "the Internal Classic"), and the knowledge and time treatment, and the legislation of distinguishing the body and the body is the inheritance and display of the thought of "the three reasons governing the sui fit" in the "Internal Classic". It fully reflects the clever fusion of principle and flexibility in the process of differentiation and treatment of TCM. Therefore, based on the thought of "three factors governing fit" in the "Internal Classic", this paper probes into the relevant contents and theoretical connotations of the Theory of time sickness from three aspects: time, man and place.
