【摘要】：目的:探討祛瘀化痰湯輔助治療子宮平滑肌瘤患者的效果及對(duì)患者血清激素水平的影響。方法:選取2014年1月~2015年12月在杭州市蕭山區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的120例子宮平滑肌瘤患者進(jìn)行研究,根據(jù)入院?jiǎn)坞p號(hào)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各60例,兩組患者均予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,觀察組同時(shí)給予祛瘀化痰湯,連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月,觀察兩組患者的臨床癥狀及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:治療前兩組患者各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后觀察組患者中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血漿黏度、血小板聚集率、肌瘤體積及血清E2、LH、FSH、P水平顯著低于對(duì)照組,愈顯率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:祛瘀化痰湯輔助治療子宮平滑肌瘤患者有助于縮小腫瘤體積、降低激素水平、改善血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Quyu Huatan decoction on the serum hormone level in patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods: 120 patients with uterine leiomyoma who were treated in the first people's Hospital of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in both groups were treated with basic western medicine, the observation group was treated with Quyu Huatan decoction for 3 months, and the clinical symptoms and laboratory examination indexes of the two groups were observed. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P0.05); after treatment, the TCM syndrome score, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate of the patients in the observation group were high and low, respectively. The volume of leiomyoma and the level of serum E2 LHH FSHP were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the effective rate of callus was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of uterine leiomyoma with Quyu Huatan decoction can reduce tumor volume, decrease hormone level, improve hemorheology index and TCM syndrome score.
