【摘要】：目的探討頸椎旋轉(zhuǎn)手法對兔粥樣斑塊期頸動(dòng)脈拉伸力學(xué)性能的影響。方法選取30只健康的雄性新西蘭大耳兔,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組、模型對照組和空白對照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組對兔進(jìn)行頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊造模及頸椎旋轉(zhuǎn)手法干預(yù),模型對照組僅進(jìn)行頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊造模,而空白對照組不進(jìn)行任何干預(yù)。觀測3組兔在不同干預(yù)后頸動(dòng)脈各項(xiàng)拉伸力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組與模型對照組以及空白對照組比較,最大應(yīng)變、最大載荷和生理性彈性模量均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組最大應(yīng)變比模型對照組、空白對照組分別小24.87%、52.09%;實(shí)驗(yàn)組最大載荷分別是模型對照組、空白對照組的2.21、3.47倍;實(shí)驗(yàn)組生理性彈性模量分別是模型對照組、空白對照組的1.60、1.89倍。結(jié)論相對正常頸動(dòng)脈而言,頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的存在會(huì)降低頸動(dòng)脈的拉伸力學(xué)性能,而對存在頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的兔進(jìn)行頸椎旋轉(zhuǎn)手法操作,會(huì)進(jìn)一步降低頸動(dòng)脈的拉伸力學(xué)性能。因此,臨床上對于存在頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的患者,最好避免進(jìn)行頸椎旋轉(zhuǎn)手法操作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cervical rotation manipulation on tensile mechanical properties of carotid artery in atherosclerotic plaque rabbits. Methods 30 healthy male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: experimental group, model control group and blank control group. In the experimental group, the carotid atherosclerotic plaque model and the cervical spine rotation intervention were carried out in the experimental group. The model control group only made the carotid atherosclerotic plaque model, while the blank control group did not intervene. The differences of tensile mechanical properties of carotid artery in three groups were observed after different intervention. Results compared with the model control group and the blank control group, the maximum strain, maximum load and physiological modulus of elasticity in the experimental group were significantly different (P0.05), and the maximum strain ratio of the experimental group to the model control group was significant (P0.05). The maximum load in the experimental group was 2.21 times of that in the model control group and 2.21 times in the blank control group, and the physiological modulus of elasticity in the experimental group was 1.60 ~ 1.89 times of that in the model control group and the blank control group, respectively. Conclusion compared with the normal carotid artery, the presence of carotid atherosclerotic plaque may decrease the tensile mechanical properties of carotid artery, while the cervical spine rotation manipulation can be performed on the rabbits with carotid atherosclerosis. It will further reduce the tensile mechanical properties of carotid artery. Therefore, for patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques, it is best to avoid cervical rotation manipulation.
