【摘要】：文章介紹張磊教授辨治成人斯蒂爾病經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本病臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,證候多變,張磊教授通過"審證求因"的方法,分別審六經(jīng)之證、衛(wèi)氣營(yíng)血之證、三焦之證及臟腑氣血陰陽之證,來探求病因病機(jī);張磊教授以中醫(yī)辨證思維貫穿本病始終,總結(jié)出"辨證精要",即辨主證與兼證而觀其雜、辨動(dòng)證與靜證而識(shí)其變、辨正治與逆治而明其傷,并分型論治。為本病的治療提供了思路和參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Professor Zhang Lei's experience in the treatment of adult Steele's disease. The clinical manifestation of the disease is complicated and the syndrome is changeable. Professor Zhang Lei examines the syndrome of six meridians, the syndrome of Wei Qi and ying blood, the syndrome of three Jiao and the syndrome of zang-fu qi and blood yin and yang respectively through the method of "examining syndrome and seeking cause" to explore the etiology and pathogenesis; Professor Zhang Lei's dialectical thinking runs through the disease from beginning to end, summing up the "essence of syndrome differentiation", that is, differentiating the main syndromes and the syndromes, recognizing the changes between the moving syndrome and the static syndrome, distinguishing the correct treatment with the reverse treatment, and classifying the treatment. For the treatment of this disease to provide ideas and references.
